  Orsby was great, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They were busy and he kept us up to date and finished our car quickly. We have been here a few times and everytime they are wonderful. Great team at this location

  We had hit a huge pot hole and it ended bending the rims. Chris and Orshy brought me into the shop and let me get a picture of the damage. They didn't try to take advantage of my awful situation and helped me with a cost effective fix enough for me to make it home to Missouri.

  They have shop issues…By far, the slowest moving team I have ever witnessed. ORSBY was Great in all aspects. Agreed on tires and Orsby immediately pulled and placed them at mounting station for install. No sense of urgency by shop and 1.5+ hr later pay and leave. Tire pressure on dash shows 4 different tire pressures ranging from 33-40 psi. Turn around and approach tech who explains door says 29 psi so he just didn’t know. He also said he tried to remove tire sticker but it was “hard.” ORSBY entered conversation and we agreed 33-35 psi with all four tires at same psi…lol In my opinion whoever’s in charge of the shop needs to have a chat with the tech…He’s either bleeding the clock or doesn’t give a rip…..

  I came in just to get my front tire aired up on my Mercedes-Benz, and the technicians at NTB in Galveston went above and beyond. They took the time to actually check my tire and found a nail I didn’t even know was there. They recommended a repair, and it turned out to be a quick and easy fix. I really appreciate that they were willing to help me right away, even when I only asked for air. Living downtown and having just had a blowout last week, this completely eased my worries. Now I’m back on the road with a properly repaired tire and peace of mind. These guys are awesome. They genuinely cared about making sure I was safe, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I need new tires.😎

  Came in for a brake check (free service) to diagnose my problems and POTENTIALLY get service done to the vehicle. Guy who spoke with me was nice until I took longer than 5 seconds to decide if you want to sign up for their credit card to finance with them. Was told on the phone that with my car’s specs it should be $600-$700, and that I could do payments, but did not mention anything about a credit card. On arrival I was told the “best discount he could get” brought me to $800. Took personal offense to the words “I’ll have to look around.” Went on a monologue about the shop’s reputation, their satisfaction guarantees, etc. etc. The thing is, I only came in for a diagnostic. I would’ve been able to spend the $600-$700 but $800 was too high for me. It’s not personal. I’m just poor. I was eager to get outta there just from the pure discomfort of being pushed to sign up for the credit card to do financing. When they said my car is ready to drive away, guy who spoke with me said, “OK, now you can run outta here.” And asked for a review. Well, ya got one!
