  I'd like to thank the store manager at the Galveston TX location she took care of me and went above and beyond to help me and for that I really appreciate it. And I'd like to thank Dillon at the Longview TX location he's been my go to every single time I rent a vehicle from Enterprise, and honestly he's the main reason I chose this company he's always a class act no matter how busy that location is he and the guys at that location definitely understand customer service every time I've rented a vehicle. I'd like to say thank you to both locations for taking care of me when I need them.

  My wife and I have rented from Enterprise many times and have generally had good experiences, but this rental was extremely disappointing when it came to the price although I have to mention that the vehicle (SUV) was great and the customer service is perfect. I rented an SUV in Galveston, Texas, and paid $282 for a one-way rental. I picked up the vehicle at noon and returned it at 3:30 PM, to IAH airport, so I had the vehicle for only about three and a half hours. In my experience, this was by far the most expensive rental I’ve ever had from Enterprise. I understand that one-way rentals can have additional fees, but $282 for a few hours of use is excessive and, in my opinion, absurd. I hope Enterprise will review its one-way rental pricing, because charges like this can make customers think twice about renting again.

  Have been dealing with Enterprise because of an accident and insurance provided a rental car. Enterprise will not lift a finger to try to help with communication to insurance company. Have been charged by enterprise even though insurance is paying for car. I could go on and on about this. Very very poor customer service.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent\-A\-Car in Galveston\. From start to finish, the entire rental process was smooth, professional, and hassle\-free\. A special shoutout to Gina Davis for going above and beyond\. She was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and truly customer\-service oriented\. Gina took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel like a valued customer\. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out\. It’s employees like Gina who make a great company even better\. I highly recommend the Enterprise Galveston location and will definitely be coming back for my future rental needs\. Great job, Gina, and thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one

  I just wanna say never go here the black young lady that is a manger here she is the worst person there ..She's rude an very dismissive, disrespectful, wrost customer service an she needs to be fired I will never rent from here an you shouldn't either... Unexceptionable she treated me an my husband like we were homeless begging her for money so please save you money go to Avis rental in Texas City
