  Scammy practices at this location - Military and military family members beware Dropped off a Range Rover Velar that was given to me as a free upgrade at another location and was advised there was some damage not noted in the pre-inspection report. I took pictures of the car immediately after renting in the Enterprise parking lot (even had the employee who signed me out in one of the pics), where the damage is clearly visible and the time stamps clearly align. I informed the representative that assisted with my drop off I could provide these to them, but he seemed to blow me off letting me know Damage Recovery will reach out. I insure with USAA and I’m sure they will go to bat for me if it comes to that, but I would hate to see any other military members and their families go through the same hassle I’m being put through. Know your rights! If this does happen to you look up the Enterprise Mobility Global Privacy Portal and do a data request using the following template: *“ I am exercising my right to access my personal information. Please provide all data associated with my rental* ***RA #XYZ*** *of \[year-make-model of car rented\] on \[starting date\]-\[ending date\], including:* ***• Pre-rental inspection photos/360*** *and any condition reports or damage annotations;* ***• CCTV footage or stills*** *from my pickup and return windows;* *• Any* ***telematics timestamps or logs*** *used to record pickup/return;* *• Any* ***internal correspondence*** *attaching or describing such images.* *I consent to secure electronic delivery. I can provide additional ID for verification if needed.”*
