  Latoya Booker took care of us today and we are so grateful for her quick assessment of our situation (vehicle needs a new alternator - on a Sunday!) and a refund for the battery we had just purchased that was not the issue. We were on our way home from vacation and were in a real bind - vehicle dying due to alternator not charging the battery. She jumped on her computer to see if they had the part and we were hoping she might have a suggestion on who might be open to actually replace the alternator for us so we could get home. Latoya did more than make a suggestion. She phoned a mobile mechanic she knows and explained the situation. We had low expectations for someone wanting to come to us on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to do this but he agreed to come to Autozone and gave us a fair price for his work. James Valdez was the awesome mobile mechanic who came promptly, got the right part for us and installed it quickly and professionally. I honestly don't know what we would have done without their work for us today. Thank you both for your awesome work today. So appreciate your assistance and helping us avoid tow service, expensive repairs at an auto repair shop.
