  Friendly, attentive, fast service!! Great hours! Came in from out of town with a low tire. Technicians repaired tire and rotated so we would be good for the remainder of our trip!!

  Lenyell at Mavis Tire in Gainesville Texas really runs this shop amazingly. When I got my new car I went there to get it checked out and they took care of me. They are friendly, care about their customers and know ther stuff. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs. Go to Mavis Tire in Gainesville Texas you will be glad you did. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers get what they need and keep us safe!! Lenyell and his team are the best!!!!❤️💯👐👍🙏🙏

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THIS IS MORE THAN A REVIEW—THIS IS A GRATEFUL FAMILY SAYING THANK YOU! I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Mavis Tires & Brakes and especially Lenyell for going above and beyond for our family! We were traveling from Fort Worth to Oklahoma City for a karate tournament when we had a tire blowout. Our vehicle was towed to another shop, only to find out they didn’t have the tire we needed. That’s when Lenyell stepped up to the plate! He sent a coworker to the other shop to remove our wheel, take it back to Mavis, replace the tire, bring it back, install it, and then drive our vehicle over to their shop. 🙌🏾 But the customer service didn’t stop there. Throughout the entire process, they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on the progress of our vehicle. When you’re traveling with family, away from home, and dealing with an unexpected situation like this, that kind of communication and care means EVERYTHING. This wasn’t just about replacing a tire. It was about people seeing a family in a difficult situation and choosing to go the EXTRA MILE to help us get back on the road. ❤️ So this isn’t just another five-star review.
