  Employees are really great and did their job great. They were super busy and understaffed. They even brought in a guy on his off day. Sounds like the General manager barely comes in and when they do they don’t really work or care about the employees so…

  It was my first time visiting this location and I was very impressed with how John kept checking each bay to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. I can tell he’s very knowledgeable, honest and cares about his customers. It is now my go to location for any issues. Thank you all for your hard work!

  John was incredibly kind and genuinely happy to help with my car. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I always enjoy coming here. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and consistently takes great care of my family. Highly recommend!

  In past I got good service at this location, but seems staff has been changed and the new folks are clueless in customer engagement! Attendant asked me to come to bay 1 for oil change and I waited for 5 mins for truck in front of me to clear out. By that time another car pulled in empty bay 2 for oil change while other customer pulled behind it in bay 2. When my turn came in bay 1, Attendant Mike told me I have to switch with the customer waiting in bay 2, since customer told him he was there before me. I told the guy that was not correct and having back and forth, i moved car to bay 2. In bay 2, manager John refused to provide service to me. He started arguing and told me he can show me camera recording, to which I said yes. I pulled in front of the location because I was seriously surpised by the behavior and wanted to tell them I am long time customer but John did not want to talk and kept asking me to leave. Pisspoor customer engagement. Tell tale signs of things to come! My request to the owners would be to get these guys some training to avoid losing customers. EDIT: Going through the comments I see the same manager John doing exactly the same thing with another customer. To me seems like it is a habitual behavior!

  I mean, Hands down! LANDEN is his name...is the best in the business! This place is the best you'll ever get! Top notch CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, DOWN TO PERFECT WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR, TIMELY JOB WORK, VERY VERY REASONABLE PRICES and their TEAM WORK IS IMPECCABLE! The entire VALVOLINE TEAM is EXCELLENT, FAST, BRILLIANT and everything in between in all they do! No headaches, no currign corners, no everything straight.. Which js hard to get in a car business full of crooks, ESPECIALLY for a WOMAN like me! Lots of people take advantage of us out here...coz...we usually dont know much abt cars! BUT here...I FEEL SAFE and I CAN TRUST THEM! I am telling y'all...come here and get ur car taken care of the way its suppose to be! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! I get my oil change, and anything car maintenance here! ALWAYS DONE TO PERFECTION! 5 🌟...wish I couls give more! Thank you Valvoline @ Fulshear! Y'all are the BEST in the business..second to NONE📌
