When I arrived, he continued that same level of customer service he really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a shoutout to Tommy, who I believe was the supervisor on duty at the time. The entire team operated with honesty and integrity, which is something you don’t always find in auto shops. What stood out the most was their honesty. After checking my vehicle, they let me know I didn’t even need a brake change. They told me my front brakes were still at about 80% and the rear at around 70%. Instead of trying to sell me something unnecessary, they gave me straightforward, trustworthy information. That kind of integrity has definitely earned my business moving forward. Highly recommend Brake Plus to anyone looking for honest, professional service.
