  Scheduling appointment really easy. No waiting time. Work started immediately when I arrived. Diagnostics was discussed with me and what needed to be executed to repair my vehicle. Reasonable price for the professional repairs performed. I am a repeat customer. Satisfied every time. Definitely recommend just brakes on hulen, ft worth. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you

  Work done is spot on. I brought my vehicle for A/C repair and the compressor was replaced. The guys know what they are doing and are very professional. Highly recommended.

  Went in to get my AC fixed. Was charged $200 for an AC that STILL didn’t work even on same day pick up. They obviously didn’t check to make sure it worked. I can’t reach anybody and you can’t leave voicemails. Basically they stole $200 at this point for a problem they said they could fix and didn’t even verify it was before returning to me. My next step is BBB if someone can’t make this right and answer the phone.

  I went there last Thursday to take my truck in for a Ac check I already knew what was wrong with but when I went took it in they told me it was something different so I had asked them 3 times if they were sure cause I knew what the problem was well they were so sure it was what they told me so I paid and the AC was blowing cold well I get home at Jen I don’t get back in my tuck for a bout 4 hrs and what do u know my AC is blowing hot again why cause that wasn’t the issue that they said is was it was what I told them was wrong with it so they claimed to put in in some dye but if that was the case the leak where I told them it was would have come up so I took it back and all of a sudden the leak I told them about what there when it was there the whole time so I paid for the part to be changed and then I asked them to put some of the money they charged me from the first part and put it to the new part cause they didn’t fix the issue the first time and didn’t listen to me when I told them what the problem was and they said no I have filed complaint with corporate and have yet to the from the regional manager like I have requested to his is very bad business I’m trying to be nice about the situation but looks like I’m going to have to take this a little further
