Thank you so much, Ail(Is that how you spell your name?). The app wasn’t working today, but you were so busy and still took the time to help me. I really appreciate your kindness. I’m selling the car, but I still wanted to give it one last wash. Thank you again!

Zips Car Wash is amazing! My car looks phenomenal, but more importantly, the staff here is without a doubt the best. An incredibly kind and caring human being named AL helped me out when he didn’t have to. I stupidly locked my keys in my car with all my belongings in it. He helped me from the moment I asked for his help until after AAA opened my car for me all while maintaining his job duties. Just want to let Zipz know that they have a “star” among them! My membership was dependent on my experience this visit, so you can thank AL for my loyal patronage for as long as I have a vehicle. Thank you AL.

I come here all the time, probably around five times a week 😂 I have the membership, and I definitely recommend it if you wash your car often because it’s 100% worth it! I also have to shout out Mr. Al. I swear he’s here every single time I come, and he is always so sweet, patient, and funny. I painted my car for senior year, and he gave me so many helpful recommendations for getting the paint off safely without messing up my actual car paint. He genuinely takes the time to help and always has such a good attitude. At this point, sometimes my car is already completely clean and I’ll still come through just to say hi to Mr. Al He makes the experience so much better every time. Definitely recommend this place and the membership!🚗🧼💦

We love this place. We got the club membership for ourselves and our son and our daughter-in-law also has a club membership. We use it several times a week to keep our cars glistening and also take advantage of the free vacuums and towels with spray cleaner. Thay have it set up so everything is very convenient. One of the best parts of the wash we go to, on Eldorado Parkway near Teal, is the personal touch we get from Al. He is the one who greets us the vast majority of the time and makes going there something I look forward to. He makes it so I look forward to our brief greeting and wishing each other well. I always try to seek out businesses where I can establish a personal relationship with my contact person there. It just makes it vastly more enjoyable.
