  I went yesterday, 5/14/26, to get an oil change on my Lexus IS 350. The dealership is becoming a bit expensive, but this is the second time I've been to this location. Connie was my tech yesterday & she is a GEM! I felt so comfortable with her & her expertise was on point. She educated me on parts of my vehicle, some things I would know as a owner, but she didn't make me feel any less important. Thank you, Connie for just being you. I'll definitely be back for other services.

  Got my oil changed and right after I left my car started smoking and I had to get it towed. It completely blew out my car. Do not advise to go here.

  This place is terrible they didn’t put enough oil in my Mercedes and now it sounds terrible, would not recommend.

  Since buying my car, I’ve only had experiences at repair and service shops that have left me feeling dismissed, confused, and frustrated with attempts of overcharging me, unfortunately, because i’m a young woman (they would listen/drastically decrease prices when my dad got involved). Juan and the team of employees that helped change my oil and check my car today kept me in the know, respected me, and even helped find another coupon for me when the one scanned on the app didn’t work. Service was quick and well-done! I feel more confident taking my car in to get worked on with employees like the ones at this Valvoline :)

  Connie is killing it! She caught multiple issues the last place messed up on my filters and was super knowledgeable and fair in her recommendations. Wasn’t trying to get more out of what I needed, and even saved me some money finding the coupons online with me! She was running the floor, sounds like she was training other techs, and still gave me great fast service. I’ll be back to this location for sure!
