  Ahmad, Connie and Javiar are a great team. They work like a well oiled machine lol. Completed my oil change and cabin air filter quickly. Torqued the oil filter housing to manufacturer spec. Was able to stay inside my car while doing the repairs which is great because you can see and hear what they are doing. Just moved to Dallas area from Atlanta and this shop will be my go to spot for my oil change. Thanks Valvoline Instant Oil Change team for the great service and speedy work!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline! Ian was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I came in for an oil change, and he recommended a transmission flush as part of my vehicle’s maintenance. He took the time explain why it was needed without being pushy. I ended up getting both services and was very pleased with the experience. Thanks, Ian, for the excellent customer service!

  I’ve been a customer here for many years and have generally had good experiences, with polite and helpful staff. On this visit, I was quoted $25 for wiper blades, which I understood to be the total price. It was not clearly stated at the time that this was $25 per blade, and I was ultimately charged $50. That lack of clarity at the point of sale was frustrating and impacted my trust in the pricing communication. They were also out of stock of my preferred oil, which I would not typically expect from a dedicated oil change business. While the service itself was still polite and efficient, these issues left me seriously questioning the transparency of pricing, and I’m unsure whether I will return.
