They offered me a coupon better than I had, water since it was very hot, and they were quick at getting everything completed. I will be back. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days and these men were the epitome of excellent!
- KKKaylaAug 25, 20265.0I got my oil changed for my Jeep cherokee on the 23rd!!! I actually had only been here one other time & didn’t expect the service I received!!!! They asked if i’d like my tire pressure checked, and even helped me reset my oil life on my dash screen! (not too savvy, always too embarassed to ask, and they offered!) 2nd time back, and im returning every time. They have made a member out of me!! 💕💕

We have had our oil changed here in the past and it has been the same great service. In and out super fast without all the hassle you find at other places. - ZBZachary BonnoAug 16, 20261.0By far the slowest valvoline I've ever been to. Took and I am not exaggerating (checked time stamps) over 55 minutes for a conventional oil change. What I normal don't think anything of to stop on with my 3 year old and take care of my car was now a nightmare. I've never waited this long even at a regular mechanic shop if I was first in line Would not recommend ever again wish I could use cuss words but feared tampering with my car
