  Augustine and staff were professional and attentive. Explained all issues and the scope of work that would be involved. Completes the task exactly how he described and having access to wifi to work tandemly while they were fixing my issue was of great value. 10/10 Would use them again and recommend this staff to my family, friends, and coworkers.

  It was quick, it was easy, and the people I spoke to were knowledgeable. I felt like they were transparent in their pricing. I double checked with my insurance and it was the same amount, to the penny.

  Believe the not so good reviews! I’ve been waiting a month for a refund. They charged me for wiper blades they didn’t have in stock and told me it’s out of their hands and corporate has to issue a paper check.When the payment was made I didn’t pay with a check or send a check, the payment came right out! This is ridiculous. I tried to make it easy by buying everything at one place, but I still had to get wiper blades elsewhere because it was about to rain. Please don’t bother responding with an AI generated vague fake response! I would choose another company to fix or replace your windshield.

  I scheduled and paid for an appointment. I called an hour before the window I was scheduled for I was told the technician would arrive even if it was after the appointment window. My window was 12-5 I waited 3 hours after the appt window no one showed nor did I receive a courtesy call that they wouldn’t show. First time using safelite they definitely left a horrible experience as far as customer service quality and work efficiency. If I could rate it lower I would very disappointed.☹️

  Was in and out within 17-20 mins. Upon looking at the repair I thought to myself I could see quite a bit of crack detail when I was expecting a small bubble like shape or something per the information given prior. But wasn’t sure if it took time to ‘set’. Got home in the garage looked more at it and from one angle there are a bunch of black specks in the repair. So I called and got to a customer service person. He was really nice and helpful. Per him, he stated that it should not take less than 25-30 minutes because you have to allow it to cure etc. explained could basically still see the details of the chip/crack and he said I shouldn’t hardly see anything. So morale of the story don’t think the service I received today was correct or good. Had the person who ‘repaired’ examined it all he would have seen it was not done properly. Why is there black in it?!?
