The Safelite Frisco team did an excellent job with fixing my front windshield. I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

Amazing customer service very clean location and the technician know exactly what they are doing. Very knowledgeable at their jobs and they don’t make you feel uncomfortable and add a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Great company and will always choose them for glass replacements. We have higher end cars and they require a little more work and calibration work and they are the experts in this outside of the dealer factory. Five starts all the way .

The online scheduling is the only thing great about this place. The front desk receptionist is the rudest lady I’ve encountered since the D.C. DMV. She alone makes me regret making this appointment here. I got a rock chip filled, but when I picked it up it didn’t look like they ever touched it. It looked the exact same. 1 week later, my windshield cracked along the entire breath of it.

I was impressed with the exceptional service provided at the safelite in Frisco. This was the best experience I have had with windshield replacement. Check in was prompt and the person was friendly and personable. The technician was incredibly efficient and obviously was extremely knowledgeable on the replacement process. He took the time to come talk to me about his status and the overall process including the care recommendations at the end. I will definitely use this safelite location for any future needs.

This is a great shop.. Augustine was awesome, I had several very small rock chip dings in my windshield... He checked them all and let me know they were not deep and are not spreading, they are at the Top layer surfaceand trying to repair could actual cause them to get worse... Safelite has always done us right . They replaced a windshield on one our Automobiles years ago, and in the past have even come to our house to make rock chip repairs. So I always go to Safelite for any Windshield damages..
