- THTodd HuffstetlerJul 1, 20261.0Our car came off the track while going through the carwash. My wife was stuck inside as the carwash continued to operate and she was hit by the car behind her causing damage to our vehicle. Store manager handled it but no one from corporate or the owner of this operation has communicated to us or our insurance company. I had to personally drive back to the location to get answers. Saw the video of my wife's car going through and the last camera that would show what happened was magically broke. I could see the card behind my wife being stopped as they hit our car that came off of the track. Don't know why our car came off the track but the carwash is going with none of the other cars came off the track and it is working. I am now stuck with a $500 deductible to get our car repaired. Just know what kind of business you are dealing with.
