  This is my go to spot for tires and help w my car! Ask for Jerry or John. Fair prices and great service. 5 stars. Id give 10 if it was an option.

  I can’t say enough great things about Jerry at Mavis Tire! I came in needing tires, and right away Jerry went above and beyond — he performed a thorough inspection of not just the tires, but also the alignment and suspension. When he found out my wife would be driving out of town, he made it his personal mission to make sure the car was safe for her trip. What really stood out was that Jerry caught issues Firestone had completely missed. He also took the time to explain exactly why my tires had worn the way they did, which was incredibly helpful and something no one had ever walked me through before. On top of all that, I walked away with a great deal on a new set of tires. But more than the price, it was Jerry’s genuine concern for my wife’s safety — not just making a sale — that left a lasting impression on both of us. That kind of customer-first attitude is rare, and it’s exactly what we all need more of. Thank you, Jerry! We’ll be back and will absolutely be recommending Mavis Tire to everyone we know.

  Something to understand about my 5-star rating, is that I’ve been performing my own automotive work for the past 30 years and am very skeptical of mechanic shops due to past experiences. So when I give this rating, it’s because they’ve earned my trust and I will reuse this shop. A store is only as good as its management and staff and my experience here was outstanding. I came in with a hard to identify & reproduce noise in the suspension. They took the time to listen to me fully, asked my permission to do a test drive to reproduce (which they did), and successfully identified a worn upper control arm that was not visually evident. They showed me exactly what they found and shared additional notes of other maintenance needs to address before failure, such as rear wheel bearings showing issues showing signs of age but not at the point of noise (which is too late if that’s the symptom to service bearings). I felt like it was more of a collaboration on the work and repairs than a “customer at the hands a technical shop”. The staff were all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The manager I worked with, John, even ensure his staff had sufficient experience with the work and my vehicle before committing to repairs. I can honestly say I haven’t experienced this kind of integrity in a long while, and John at this establishment has earned my trust. Labor nowadays is higher, for sure, but they try to work with their customers, and let’s be honest, modern vehicles require specialized training and skill. For the quality of staff and work I received, I feel the price aligns with the skill. I started using this location for my alignments and have gradually become trusting enough to task them with more critical work like my suspension/steering gremlins.

  Literally the best tire and alignment shop I’ve ever been to, the friendliest guys in the world. They got me in last minute no questions asked. Wouldn't take my service anywhere else after this! John and Raymond will get you taken care of, ask for these guys if you ever come in.

  I had a great experience at this location. John and the team were extremely helpful, professional, and honest. They took the time to check my tire and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything. You can tell they really care about their customers. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!
