  Brought a tesla here to get 3 tires replaced and the manager was beyond unprofessional and rude!! over the phone he priced me at around $650 but when i get there he charged me almost $800 and when i asked him about the extra charge he was extremely rude and did not handle the situation well at all!! He said there were NO extra fees and tried gaslighting me that the 800 was said over the phone, but when i got my receipt there was the installation bill he claimed was free, after asking for the installation to be refunded he just threatened to take the tires off knowing i had wires coming out and used it as leverage, said “if you can’t afford it i can have them put 2 tires on, while the whole point was that he lied to me and was proud of it! save your wallet and respect by not coming here.

  Thanks Just tires on Coit road for the complimentary service. I was there to fix a flat Tire and was surprised to hear from Christin there was no cost! For a free service the professional approach they took is awesome and my thanks to the team!

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your store on Monday around 6:15 PM. My husband has been a regular customer at Just Tires for our car service needs. During a previous alignment, we received a quote of approximately $1,500–$1,800 for replacing all four tires, including an extended warranty. We knew the tires needed to be replaced but wanted to wait a few weeks. Unfortunately, one of my passenger-side tires went flat while I was driving. Thankfully, I was close enough to home to pull into my driveway safely. Since my husband was out of town, I stopped by the store in another car to check his account, see whether the previous quote was still valid, and ask when I could bring the car in for the tire replacement. Unfortunately, my experience with Patrick at the front desk was extremely unpleasant. From the moment I approached him, he seemed unwelcoming and annoyed by my presence. Before even asking the purpose of my visit, he responded rudely that they could not provide service that day. I explained that I was not there for immediate service but simply wanted to check the quote and schedule an appointment. Despite my explanation, his attitude remained unwelcoming. I eventually asked what the problem was and whether he was ready to go home, as his attitude made me feel as though I was bothering him just by being there. He told me to come back the next day. When I asked for his name, he said he was Patrick and that I could speak with Chris, in a dismissive manner. I understand that working long hours can be tiring, and I respect that. However, customers should not have to feel unwelcome or disrespected when visiting your store. My 10-year-old son was with me and he was upset by how I was treated, which made the experience even more disappointing. We were prepared to spend $1,500–$1,800 at your store, but this interaction has made us reconsider where we will take our business. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, addresses Patrick’s customer service, and ensures that other customers do not have a similar experience. A little courtesy and professionalism can make a significant difference. Please do better, because no customer should leave your store feeling the way I did.

  Patrick did an excellent job taking care of my car! He was professional, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail. The service was efficient, and I’m very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Patrick for his outstanding work!

  I had an amazing experience with Patrick today. I was already having a really difficult morning, and dealing with my tire situation on top of everything else had me completely overwhelmed and in tears. Patrick went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. He gave me a hug while I was crying, reassured me that things were going to get better, and told me he hoped I had a wonderful day. He also really helped me out with my tire situation and worked with me on the pricing, which meant more to me than he probably realizes. It’s rare to come across someone who not only provides great customer service but genuinely cares about the person standing in front of them. Patrick turned a terrible morning into a much better one simply by showing compassion and kindness. I truly appreciate everything he did for me today. He absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats his customers. Thank you so much, Patrick! ❤️
