  I’m very happy with the service that I received! The other tire shops were closed on Sunday and I had a flat tire before work. They were able to replace my flat tire and did it in a timely manner!

  I purchased tires through USAA and went to the McKinney location to have them installed in March! I visited the Frisco location on June 30th to have my tires rotated and balanced under the warranty. I set up an appointment and they didn’t take long to take my truck back but an hour later informed me that I needed rear brakes and rotors because they were medal to medal! Quoted me $744.98! I had my brakes and rotors replaced a year prior at another location with a lifetime warranty so I declined their recommendation and went to that location! They did an evaluation on my brakes today July 1, and told me my brakes were in good condition! Needless to say, I will not be returning!!! On a positive note, the young man at the counter was very friendly and professional!

  I live only 3 miles from the Frisco location and chose to drive 6 miles to the Plano location because of their customer service. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and didn’t leave until after 10:30 a.m. The only service performed was replacing one tire. Waiting over an hour and a half for a single tire change is unacceptable. A tire replacement should not take more than 20–30 minutes. It felt like customers were being made to sit and wait unnecessarily, especially when labor is billed by the hour. Very disappointed with this experience. To make matters worse, the facility itself was filthy and clearly in need of a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere, and it looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time. Cleanliness and customer service both fell far below expectations.

No upselling, no surprises — just honest, quality service. In a world where you never know if you can trust a mechanic, this Just Tires location restored my faith. They’ve earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely be bringing all my vehicles here going forward and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the Anna and McKinney area.
