  ⭐️ Horrible experience at Just Tires in Frisco I’ve used Just Tires since 2022, but after today’s experience at the Frisco location, I will never return to this location. We dropped our car off around 1 PM to have two tires addressed under warranty. At 5 PM, supervisor Patrick called and told me we had no warranty and would have to pay over $500 for two tires. I knew this was incorrect because we had purchased the warranty and had used it before. After repeatedly insisting the warranty had expired, I asked him to do a central search. Only then did he discover that all four tires were covered under warranty at the Plano location, just two miles away. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he continued giving excuses about not having the tires, being too busy, not having someone available to pick them up, and why we should take the car to Plano. I explained that my husband was at work and I was driving from work, so getting the car to another location late in the day was not realistic. When I asked for the Plano location’s phone number, he rudely told me, “Google has it.” Later, while I was speaking with the Plano location myself, Patrick called back and said he had a “brain fart” and forgot to mention a “razor cut” and that only Plano had the materials to address it. When I questioned this and asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor and ultimately hung up on me. I then spoke with Chris at the Plano location, who gave me completely different information. They confirmed the warranty was valid and that the replacement tires were available. They also explained that the information Patrick gave me about the tire damage and repair did not make sense. When I later returned to Frisco to get my keys, Patrick refused to listen to what the other location said, refused to provide his supervisor’s contact information, and told me to deal with it the next morning. And how he had already spoken with his supervisor, “Chris”, about the entire incident and that Chris agreed with everything he had told me. The most frustrating part is that I had to push for every answer myself. Had I accepted Patrick’s initial response, I would have paid over $500 for tires that were actually covered under warranty. Extremely poor customer service, conflicting information, and an unacceptable level of professionalism. Patrick clearly needs additional training on the company’s warranty policies and how to properly communicate with customers. I strongly recommend double-checking anything you are told at this location and confirming with another Just Tires location before paying for anything.

  Great experience at Just Tires in Frisco off Coit Road! Brock and Patrick were super helpful and friendly. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it for me for pretty quick. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help. Definitely recommend this location!

I appreciated their clear communication, honest recommendations, and fair pricing. Overall, it’s a reliable place for tire services and maintenance, and I’d definitely come back.

  I went to Just Tires yesterday for an oil change, wheel balancing, a four-wheel alignment, and an inspection because I was hearing a strange noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. I specifically mentioned that I thought it could possibly be related to the wheel or the brakes. After the work was completed, I was told that everything looked fine and that the noise was most likely coming from the brakes. However, immediately after leaving, I took my vehicle to another shop for a second inspection, and they found that the actual problem was one of the rear tires. The tire was worn unevenly and badly enough that it was causing the vehicle to vibrate. What really frustrates me is that Just Tires had all four wheels in their shop to perform the alignment and balancing, yet at no point was I told that the rear tires were dangerously worn. Instead, I was charged for an alignment and balancing service on tires that were already in such poor condition that they needed to be replaced. Considering that Just Tires specializes in tires, I expected them to identify the problem and at least recommend replacing the tires or offer a solution. What is the point of balancing and aligning tires that are already worn to the point where they need to be replaced? I called the store afterward to explain my concerns, but I was not offered any real solution. I was simply told that the mechanic never communicated the issue to the person at the front desk, so they were not aware of it. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is a safety issue. I trusted the shop to properly inspect my vehicle and tell me if something was dangerously wrong, especially when the vehicle was already there for an alignment and balancing. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the service was more about charging me for the work than actually helping identify and solve the problem.

  Very disappointing experience with Just Tires. I previously had work done here related to an oil leak/VTEC solenoid area and returned because the vehicle was still leaking. What concerned me most was the lack of a clear and consistent diagnosis. At one point I was told the leak was related to power steering fluid. Later, I was told it was an oil pan leak and was unrelated to the previous repair. With these changing explanations, I did not have confidence that the actual source of the leak had been properly identified. Despite leaving without a repair and still needing to take the vehicle to a Honda specialist for an independent diagnosis, I was charged a diagnostic fee. I have no issue paying for a diagnosis when it provides a clear, well-supported answer. But paying a diagnostic fee after receiving different explanations and leaving with less confidence about the source of the problem was very disappointing. I expected better diagnostic consistency, transparency, and customer service, particularly since this vehicle had previously been serviced here for an oil leak.
