  I had a fantastic experience with Suntex Hidden Cove Marina this past weekend. I am a boat club member based in Destin, Florida and I was able to reserve a boat at Hidden Cove. The marina was very clean and the pontoon boat was top notch. I had a small problem with the GPS locator on the boat showing an incorrect reading thus causing the alarm to be activated erroneously. Joey went way above expectation in helping to solve the issue and make it right. Also his staff was extremely attentive. I would recommend the Suntex Boat Club and Hidden Cove to anyone who enjoys being out on the water.

  What kind of business ethics charging 20 bucks to park 5 minutes to get take out at Shady. I don't mind paying and get a reimbursement after I show my receipt on the way out. The management is choking its tenant which is pathetic. Might be part of them, I don't know but I'll just go to Kenny's Burger. Waste of my damn time.

  Trinity was a super star at the front desk and Taylor was incredibly helpful today on the docks. I highly recommend renting boats from this company!

  The staff could not have been nicer and did a great job. However, if you just want to go and meet friends to eat there, they charge you $20 just to park. This tells me that their management only cares about is money, and not customer service.
