  Brayden and Cayden were great. They were able to take care of me, give me a special to get my car washed, and get me In-&-Out in less than an hour. You can't beat that!

  So far I’m use this place 2twice since it’s under new ownership service been great but I will keep up if they start slacking off 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will do another review soon

  Just had a synthetic oil change at the Grease Monkey off Preston Road in Frisco, and honestly this was one of the smoothest service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The entire team was professional, fast, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Cayden, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond with his professionalism and kindness. You can tell he actually cares about customers and takes pride in making sure everything is done right. In an industry where good customer service can be hit or miss, Cayden absolutely stood out. They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The waiting area was clean, the staff worked efficiently, and my truck is running great. If you’re in Frisco and need an oil change or vehicle maintenance, this Grease Monkey location definitely earned my business going forward. Five stars all the way.

  Kurt was a wonderful technician on my car! He explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle in a timely manner and was very professional! I can see why my husband brings our cars to this establishment. I trust Kurt to do everything correctly and efficiently.

  This has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had when getting an oil change. They explained things to me, they were not condescending and we’re so kind! It was so quick and I will 100% be back!
