  I wanted to give a huge thank you to the team at Grease Monkey for taking such great care of my car during my oil change. I usually go to Take 5, but every time I've tried over the last few months, I've been met with a two-hour wait and a higher price, despite nothing changing with my vehicle. While waiting in line, I found Grease Monkey nearby and decided to see if they could fit me into their schedule, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone on the team was friendly, but I interacted most with Brandon (or Braydon, I apologize if I'm spelling your name incorrectly). He was incredibly transparent, informative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. During the oil change, he noticed that my drain plug had been damaged during my previous service. He replaced it at no charge and even refused when I offered to pay. He also let me know to be mindful of wherever I go for future oil changes because it should have been taken care of properly. The entire service only took about 15–20 minutes. On top of that, I received a complimentary car wash that came with the oil change and a coupon for my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service, honesty, and care I received. It's rare to find a team that's this efficient while also making you feel like they truly have your best interests in mind. I highly recommend Grease Monkey and will definitely be coming back.

  Went there for state inspection and Brayden did a good job explaining the engine and air cabin filter. I knew he was upselling but was genuine. I ended up doing oil change, tyre rotation, engine and cabin filters and complimentary car wash at good price. Also got a $26 off coupon for next oil change.

  Kurt and Braden were great and super helpful. Will definitely be returning here for future oil changes. They were able to help with diagnosing check engine codes and an oil leak I was unaware of. They did not try to over sell me anything such as filters or more premium oil.

  My daughter had just left the repair shop in central Plano which was in for a check engine light. Unfortunately, the repair was fairly significant, but they changed the oil 2 times during the work, once to verify the issue and once after the completed work. She immediately went directly across the street no less than 1000' for an inspection. During the inspection the worker tells her the oil is dirty and needs to be changed. Although she knows something is off she gives the go ahead. While in her car she pulls the invoice from 20 mins earlier and shows them the oil was just changed. Luckily, and I do mean luckily, they rescinded the oil change charge. Not recommending or suggesting anything regarding this business, but young ladies just be aware.
