  Went for inspection and vehicle failed. Not their fault. But told me I could come back and get it re-inspected for free. However, when i returned two days later their inspection machine was down. So, I went immediately to Take 5, got the inspection, paid the state fee again $18.50 and it passed. When i asked Grease Monkey for a concession refund since their state inspection machine was down when i returned. They refused and I will not be going back. The character and integrity of a company is important. They showed me who they are and what I meant to them. If they can't keep their own equipment running, why would i trust them with my vehicle. Govern yourself accordingly. Who loses a customer for $18.50? Grease Monkey does. God Speed.

  My family has been going to this location for over a decade when it was auto splash. The new management really changes the culture of the place. Very expensive compared to other places nearby and they got rid of the free inside and outside wash when you get an oil change. They were going to charge $35 for a tire rotation which is way too much. They did not end up doing the rotation because they could not find my wheel lock. After asking me four times if I had one. When I got my car back I opened the glove compartment and it was sitting right there. Not the best experience.

  The oil change I got was quick and efficient! The service techs gave me a quick update on additional items I need to get checked or replaced but let me know I could come back when I could. Nice spot, oh and free popcorn as well!
