- BMBill MarshAug 3, 20261.0Review is for service, not installation. We sent an email Saturday for a quote. We never heard back from them so we went into the facility Monday about noon. The door made a sound as we entered and an employee walked past and saw we were there. We waited a couple minutes and opened the door and closed it again to make the sound. Still no one. After waiting five minutes we left. We will take our business to a company that will provide excellent customer service rather than a company that cannot even return a request for a quote.
- MMmomoJun 13, 20265.0I was referred to Frisco Tint by Llumar to address a curling issue with the tint on my vehicle that was originally installed in Seattle. From scheduling the appointment to completing the repair, the entire process was seamless. Symon did an excellent job handling the warranty claim and processing all of the paperwork. The repair was completed in less than an hour, and I was quickly back on the road. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the customer service was just as impressive. Based on this experience, I plan to return to tint another vehicle. They also have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks, and Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to get some work done while I waited. Highly recommend Frisco Tint for both their workmanship and customer service.
