  I visited the shop today to have them do something that was actually very minor. I had to have a new tire put on an existing rim with an unusable punctured tire that failed after several tries using plugs and glue. The puncture was on the cusp so by law it couldn't be patched. The staff and mechanic were friendly and professional. I asked them to just put the new tire on and balance. I would take off the spare and and put it on vehicle at home to save a few bucks. All done , sir , as the girl hands me , the invoice..... Balance Due zero. Thank you Frisco Automotive.You made my day. Craig

  Fast and friendly service. I brought my car in right before closing time and they still helped me. They had my car fixed and out the door by the following afternoon. Will definitely use them again.

  Car repairs can be stressful but Mallory and the team at Frisco Automotive helped it not be. By explaining the process, repairs needed and upfront with cost it was a great overall experience. I was referred by family and now this will be the only place that I use moving forward.

  This is for sure the best automotive shop in North Texas. They offer impeccable service and quality, are super friendly, and make every customer feel right among friends.
