  I had a great experience at Enterprise in Frisco visiting from NY. Mark, the Assistant Manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. Even though I didn’t originally rent the vehicle from this location, he helped me switch out of a car that I didn’t feel was safe and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied with my replacement rental. He even helped me move my car seats over to the new vehicle, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a genuinely helpful attitude. The branch manger was also very accommodating even though they had a full branch. Thank you, Mark and team!

  Do not get the mirage, absolute nightmare. If they don’t have alternatives go to Avis right across the street.

  Impossible to reach on a phone call, staff your store so SOMEONE can answer a phone call. Call goes on hold for several minutes and disconnects every time. That I need to drive up to your store to get anything done is extremely frustrating.

  Best experience I've EVER had with a rental company. The process was easy and smooth from start to finish and I definitely will be coming back to this location for future rental needs. The car was clean and drove great for our 1200+ mi road trip. Dewitt took care of us at check out and return. He answered our questions and provided great service each time.

  We have used Enterprise in Frisco, TX about 8 times now. Each time they are incredibly busy but never fail to greet with a smile. DeWitt went the extra mile for me and every one else in that long line! I just want to say thank you for making sure I was comfortable and safe in my rental.
