  Great experience. Knowledgeable staff and no surprises. Can get busy in the afternoon so plan some extra time if you’re in a rush.

  Worst rental car experience I've ever had. My insurance upgraded my reservation to an equivalent vehicle, but I was told they didn't have one available due to a recall and put me in a much smaller car instead. I was also promised a pickup from the collision center. After waiting over an hour, the collision center ended up driving me to the rental office because no one had even left to get me. Their explanation was that they were short staffed. To top it off, after returning the car, I've received three separate toll invoices. I've tried calling the location at least six times to verify the charges, but every call ends the same way—the phone system keeps you on hold for 12 minutes before hanging up. It's impossible to reach anyone. Poor communication, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this location.

  I have rented from this location a couple of times this year and they are great every time. Always nice and professional. The cars that I have rented have been clean and in great condition. Will definitely continue to rent from this company and location!

  Worst experience. Despite i booked a day ago. This location had a car they said. When i called through the Customer care they said i can go and pick up. Before calling tj the original location i booked didn't have the vehicle i booked. So i was referred ti this location. But to the frustration i didn't get the vehicle because that enterprise ccare and this location are two different entities. Really? Very bad experience..

  I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I receive when visiting this location. I understand that representatives do not have control over the reservation at the branch directly so customers are easily able to become upset or angry at the staff because of being overly booked or them being out of certain vehicles best suggestion is to call and be certain they availability ahead of time. The entire team still works hard to make customers feel valued and appreciated and try their best to work with what they have. I would especially like to thank Manager Dawitt for the exceptional hospitality and courtesy he shows each time I visit. He consistently treats customers with respect, professionalism, and kindness, making everyone feel welcome and important. His leadership is reflected in the excellent service provided by the entire team. Thank you to Dawitt and all of the Enterprise employees for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to making customers happy. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.
