We consistently have an excellent experience at this Enterprise location! The entire team is truly outstanding, and their exceptional service is the reason we always choose this location. Jake, Toby, and Carl, who recently joined the team, are all wonderful! Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction make every visit a pleasure. They truly go above and beyond and deserve the highest recognition. Enterprise is fortunate to have such an exceptional team!

Other than the hassle of the using tolls it's been a good experience, but it hasn't just happened once. Several times leaves each location, like this guilty by association.

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. When we first rented the car, we were given a vehicle that was in very poor condition and clearly not functioning properly. We were told to come back after Labor Day to address the issue. We followed their instructions and even called ahead to make sure everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, when we came back, the staff seemed completely unprepared and had no clear answers for us. We were told that someone would call us back, but nobody ever did. We had to keep following up ourselves just to try to get an answer. What made the situation even more frustrating is that we were told we would have to pay additional money to change the vehicle, even though we already had an agreement with Enterprise. We were simply asking to switch to another car of the same type that was available at the same price we had originally agreed to. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and felt like we were being passed around without anyone taking responsibility for resolving the issue. We expected much better customer service and communication from Enterprise. I would strongly against using this company for a rental cars.
