  They are slow, lazy, unorganized and don’t know their own policies at this location. I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and this by far has been the absolute worst location I have ever been to. I recommend using Turo over any of these rental car companies because they do not value customers.

  Customer service called says i can pick up early before i get there store called and said you cant just waste of time coming to this unprofessional store i dont recommend this place

  Terrific service. Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Prices were reasonable. The vehicle was newer and in excellent condition. I'll definitely be using them in my future rental needs.

  Awful service. Understaffed, disorganized, or whatever the excuse may be the experience was terrible. They advertise that you can pick up a BMW or another high-end vehicle, only to show up and be handed an old Ford instead. I called ahead before coming to pick up the car, and the employee confirmed that the type of vehicle I requested was available. When I arrived, he gave me a random Ford instead. To make matters worse, the AC didn’t work. He replaced it on the spot with a slightly better Ford. I didn’t say a way he understood that the car was not suitable. Thank god! He had some common sense. Then he got a me anther ford. It was whatever I don’t drive much and it’s only for 10 days until my car is fixed and I don’t care to argue at this point. I’m trying to see the bright side: when my own car is finally repaired, I’ll probably appreciate the comfort of my own vehicle even more instead of missing the luxury car I was promised. What really bothered me, though, was that another customer at the reception desk actually warned me about this. He told me they had previously given him a bad car and supposedly made it up to him by giving him three free rental days on his next rental. He is coming to claim his extra days. I hoped this wouldn’t happen to me. Unfortunately, he was right about how they operate. I don’t rent cars often and I have no need to extra credit days I just know I won’t come back here. They gave me the car with half a tank of gas. I used that half tank and refilled it completely before returning the vehicle. Despite that, they charged me $58 for refueling and ignored my emails when I questioned the charge. They seem willing to bend or manipulate every possible rule to their advantage. I simply don’t have the time or energy to keep fighting with them over it. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location. I should have froze my credit card and gone prepared if they don’t have the car they said they will walk away instead of paying Uber to be there and not have time to deal with them. They ll lie and scam you and ignored your emails
