  My Godness!! What a TERRIBLE experience at Preston Rd Frisco Tx location. I completed the bulk of what was needed to pick up my vehicle online. When I came to pick up my car, I was only there for eight minutes or less. And I was on my way. But returning it was a hot mess. The office was full. Only one person was working the front desk. They would not take care of you when you arrive to the counter and it was your turn. They force you to leave the vehicle without them looking at it to make sure that nothing is wrong. Very unprofessional and messy. If you do not know how to run a business or lead, then you should not be doing so. It is not that difficult to get organized, and take care of customers in the store. They had the wrong people running this location.

  I am trying to extend my rental, they hung up on me 4 times and were extremely rude in person. Do not use this location.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked a compact car a week in advance, but upon arrival, the agent informed me that no cars in that category were available. Instead of offering a complimentary upgrade, the agent forced me into a Jeep Wrangler with a "take it or leave it" attitude, refusing to adjust the price difference. Because I couldn't ruin my travel plans, I felt forced to take it. However, the vehicle only got 12 MPG, which drastically increased my fuel expenses on top of the higher rental rate. To make matters worse, the vehicle's AC was not circulating properly, and the agent's rude demeanor completely cast a shadow over my entire trip.

  I reserved audi a4 or bmw 3 series or similar which are premium luxury sedan , i preponed my reservation then they said said we dont have one as of now we can give you only genesis , but the guy on day 1 was cool he said if we get any other we will swap it next day , but when i went next day there was different bunch of people when i ask regarding that they were in no mood to exchange and neither discount the price , or giving an upgrade and when i ask for discount the manager was saying that insurance is paying why are you asking discount... even for my final invoice they never send it after returning call even if we call the branch they hangup ......airport is the best place avoid this place 👏🏻
