I came in expecting just a brake pad change, but when the problem was worse than that, he brought me to the back to look at my car with the tires off and show me what was wrong, and explain prices. When I explained what I was comfortable with spending, he broke down the quote to just what was absolutely necessary, and we planned a day for me to come back. I truly appreciate his kindness and help in getting me back in safe driving condition. It’s clear that he cares about the safety of the customer, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
