  Late but not forgotten, I wanted to recognize the great service I received from this team! Stopped in last week after a doctor appointment across the street. Really only intended to get an inspection here and have the work done at the location closest to my home. I was convinced otherwise by my Service Advisor, Jerquaylon, who promised to have the parts ordered/delivered and brakes replaced in less than an hour and a half so that I could pick my kids up from school on time! And you know what- they did! Even despite my car running out of gas (forgetful busy mom oversight, lol) on the performance test drive at the end!!! Which brings to the special shout out to Cam and Jerry for handling that graciously! I was mortified- but lowkey thankful it happened to them instead me, since I’m being honest!! Finally- I really appreciate the friendliness of everyone there- several people came out at different points to offer beverages or updates, and the time flew by for a very unexpected “pit stop”! This team has a very high bar level of service! Check them out if you’re considering.

  Really impressed with Brakes Plus! The staff took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on with my car and explained everything clearly so I knew what needed to be done and why. A special thanks to Bryan for taking the time to advise me. he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience easy to understand. Highly recommend this shop if you want honest, helpful service!

  I have mixed reviews on this place. They replaced my wheel bearing just fine and told me I needed to address another. I had my car checked several other places and didn’t note that at all. I had brakes inspected and was advised I needed to replace all pads and all rotors. Which I did, and yes that’s a lot to pay for in one sitting. Went to pick up my car and asked for all my old rotors. I was told they were “tossed” but coincidentally they were able to find the only one which had a minor chip in it. I was also told I had to get the premium pads, no other way around it. The customer service was good but i almost feel like there’s been some dishonest practices and transparency with my brake job. Reminds me of some places that claim they serviced your car when they didn’t, or scare you into a service you didn’t need at the moment
