  I had my brake pads replaced by Brakes Plus. I had never used this company before and was looking for a new repair shop one that was honest! They walked me through the repairs and the costs and was attentive to all my questions even though I know very little about brakes while I waited for them to inspect my brakes what's different issues. I watched how the staff paid close attention to the customers needs and we're extremely welcoming and attentive with everyone that approached the desk. Both Zach and Aaron we're so respectful and helpful to all the customers that I decided right away that this was the type of business I wanted to do business with. They completed the job in a very timely matter with a fair price. I will use the Preston Vineyard location for all my future Auto repairs. Great job guys!

  I was there to service the brake pads, after the service I have realized that the grease was on the door handles inside and outside, on my white tumbler, on my glovebox, and on top of the center console. I had to talk to the person at the store to clean and even more grease was found after I have left.

  This Brakes Plus has been our go to for several years, and until recently we have had no complaints. I’m not sure if the entire crew is new, or ownership changed hands, but the level of service and care is not the same as it once was. Our AC stopped blowing and my husband suspected the blower, so we brought it in. We were told it was not the blower, but the compressor. So here we are less than two months and 1K later, it’s stopped blowing again. It’s likely the problem was never the compressor. We called and were told to come in at 9am. We arrived and were told it would take all day, so we hesitated leaving it saying that we had to pick up our kids from school at 3. They said that’s plenty of time, it would just take a couple hours. 4.5 hours later, we called to see what the status was, and were told it would take 30 more minutes. So we ubered back 30 minutes later, and was told it hadn’t been seen yet. I just said “Keys”, they were handed over and we left. They shouldn't have given us an appointment, if they didn’t have the space. They shouldn’t have given us a pick-up time if it couldn’t be honored, and they should have communicated at the very least if they were running behind. No apologies, and 5 hours of wasted time. Will not be returning.

  I rarely add low star reviews for businesses, this location 2 days in row had me waited 45 min every time for state inspection even I made appointment for first one , when I was questioning the manager to see why every time they telling me I’m next but they taking care of somebody else she mentioned there is no earning from inspection for business there is no reason she lies She confessed that’s exactly why they were delaying me

  Whole staff up here is thorough, kind, and honest. 100%. Prices blow Pep Boys out of the water. These guys know cars as well as anyone on the planet. Ask for Brock, he'll get what you need fixed NOW and let you know what else is going on with your car in a non pushy non up-sell sort of way. Ive got nearly 400k miles on a Rav4 so I have a good bit of experiece with getting car worked on.
