Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, he gave me clear, cost-effective advice on exactly what needed to be addressed to ensure a safe ride. It is rare to find a mechanic who balances high-quality work with genuine, budget-friendly honesty. My car drives great now, and I have complete peace of mind. Highly recommend Dean and the team!

  Imagine cruising down Eldorado Parkway and both your engine light and tire pressure lights come on. As a woman I panicked. I found the nearest shop that would help me. Moon and Dean not only took care of both issues but had amazing customer service!! Definitely will return for other services.

  I went for a brake check, Tay helped me out and told me I needed a a bunch of stuff and quoted the bill at $880. I asked if he could help with the price at all and he said nothing he could do, didnt offer any coupons or anything. Then I took my car to Preston Vineyard Brakes Plus and they got me out the door with a fixed brake system for $350. They said whoever helped me out here at Preston basically scammed me. Horrible customer service and false information. highly unsatisfactory interaction.
