  We’ve been coming to this location for multiple visits for brakes, maintenance, and general service, and they’ve consistently treated us well. Most recently, they handled the struts and axle replacement on our Range Rover Evoque very professionally and at a very fair price compared to other quotes we received. "Tray" the Service representative especially helpful — honest, patient, and great to work with throughout the process. The team explained everything clearly, completed the work on time, and made us feel comfortable trusting them with a luxury vehicle repair. It’s hard to find an auto shop that combines professionalism, fair pricing, and trustworthy service, but this place does. We definitely trust this location and will continue bringing our vehicles here.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Breaks Plus. I brought my Volvo XC60 in for engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement and waited over an hour while specialist Dean repeatedly assured me the service was being completed. After the long wait, they charged me $106, told me everything was finished, and handed me my keys. Before leaving, I asked to see the old filters. Dean walked out to get them, then came back and admitted the filters had never actually been replaced. I genuinely feel lied to and cheated. I was literally about to drive away after paying for a service that was never performed. If I had not asked to see the old filters, nobody would have said anything. Charging a customer and claiming work was completed when it was never even done is completely unacceptable. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and a total waste of my time. Be very careful here and verify every service before paying or leaving.

  We had an issue with our car starting, so we towed the vehicle to Brakes Plus. Mr. Dean assisted us right away and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He carefully inspected the vehicle, quickly identified the problem, and told that it is a started problem explained everything in a very clear and understandable way. He also gave us an honest quote upfront and answered all of our questions patiently. What we appreciated most was his professionalism, knowledge, and transparency. It’s not always easy to find someone trustworthy when dealing with car repairs, but Mr. Dean made us feel confident that our vehicle was in good hands. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive service.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Tay. After being told by a dealership that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, I came in for a second opinion and I’m really glad I did. Tay was completely honest in letting me know there was nothing wrong. It’s not often you come across that level of integrity and I really appreciate it. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location when I actually do need my brakes replaced. Thanks again, Tay, for your honesty and professionalism!
