  I walked in at 8AM so I could try my best to beat any line. I asked him how long a tire alignment should take and he said 45 mins 1 hour max since I was 1st up! I’m thinking great this is perfect! The guy was super nice easy and great at answering my questions. Yea 45 minutes didn’t happen. I’m waiting 2+ hours while the technician isn’t doing anything. I’m watching the guy that was working on my car get coffee in the lobby 3 different times and just hanging out and I finally got fed up and asked about an hour and a half in what’s happening and why it taking so long and his response is it’ll be done soon. These techs have zero sense of urgency wouldn’t recommend unless you like sitting in a lobby for hours for a basic wheel alignment.

  I had a really bad customer service experience. What they told me after the initial inspection was completely different from what they actually fixed the next day. The lack of consistency and transparency was very disappointing. Customers deserve clear communication, honest explanations, and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  I brought my car in for a required diagnostic after my check engine light came on. Drew physically showed me the issues on the vehicle and clearly explained the parts, labor, and total cost before any work began. He answered all of my questions patiently, and I never felt pressured. The repairs were finished by the estimated time, just as promised.

  I just got my car back from Brakes Plus in Frisco after they fixed some front-end issues. They did an amazing job! I’ve been using this place for over ten years, and I can say without a doubt that they’re honest and always do their best for their customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs automotive service. They’ve done more than just brake jobs on my car; they’re great mechanics!

  I had made an appointment for 9 am for brake service. After they pulled the SUV and looked at it, gave me estimate to get 4 new ceramic pads and adjust all 4 rotors, total cost $800 and promised the SUV will be ready between 11:30 am and noon. No one told me that they had to order all 4 pads and were waiting on it. At noon, my car was still not ready. My wife was waiting for me at the la fitness center. I had another appointment to attend at 2 pm. The manager on duty is Ms Keleigh Axelrod. The front desk guy has no clue about anything. This was my 1st visit and the shop didn't do it right as far as estimating the time to get my SUV ready.
