  Knowledgeable, friendly and sharp staff that I’ve taken our vehicles to for 10+ years. The current manager, Ali, is one of the best customer service pros I’ve dealt with in the automotive industry. Keep up the good work, 5 stars, can’t recommend enough.

  Mr.Saif always has good customer service and has always helped me out i’ve been coming here for like a year in a half and this place has been nothing but good to me this is the best place in frisco to get work done on your car.

  Hi All, (especially woman) I strongly recommend for you to patronize Brake Plus at 9049 Preston Vineyard Dr in Frisco for your vehicle repair needs. Ali; the General Manager is very engaging, professional and kind. In addition, the team I interacted with are professional and willing to assist you. As a single woman anything with a vehicle can be intimidating. Ali took time to discussed with me what repairs needed to be done on my vehicle, my concerns or questions and pricing. He was very accommodating. He quoted a final price and completion time for stated repairs, and both were completed well and as promised. My car drives like new. Check them out for yourself!

  Had a really good experience at Brakes Plus the other day. I just went in for a quick oil change and to replace my wipers, but the whole visit was way smoother than I expected. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured into getting anything extra. They just took care of what I needed and got me back on the road pretty quickly. Ali, the general manager, really stood out. He checked in, made sure everything was handled right, and you can tell he actually cares about the customers. That kind of service goes a long way. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to next time I need anything for my car.

  My vehicle has been repaired, but I was significantly overcharged. This will be my first and last visit to this establishment. The service representative cited "Policy reasons" for the charges. I was billed $99 just to perform a diagnostic test to determine the issue with my car. Then, I was informed that the necessary part would cost $209, and the labor was $185. I mentioned to the technician that I could get the part from AutoZone for $89, which is conveniently located across the street. He told me that if I brought the part myself, he would have to increase the labor charge and could not guarantee the repairs. He insisted that the part recommended for my vehicle differed from what AutoZone offered because theirs was generic or inferior. I inquired about the exact part needed for my car, and he stated it was an AC Delco Ox sensor, which is the original factory brand. I checked AutoZone again, and it confirmed that the part was priced between $89 and $100 for both upstream and downstream options. Ultimately, I agreed to let them proceed with the repairs after applying a $35 coupon, which lowered the total from $527 to $468.47. Although I still felt it was excessive, I allowed them to fix my car because I was exhausted at this point. As I waited outside for my vehicle, who shows up? AutoZone! (Did I mention that AutoZone suggested I go to Brakes Plus?) I asked the delivery person if that part was for my car, and he confirmed it was. He recognized that I had just visited them because they also performed a diagnostic test before recommending Brakes Plus. This is where I feel cheated. I can't run across the street (and I mean directly across) to grab the part myself, but you will purchase it from AutoZone and double the price I have to pay. Didn't you just tell me that buying the part from AutoZone wasn't a suitable option for my vehicle? Then you charge me for two hours of labor, even though the part was installed in less than 15 minutes after it was delivered! How can anyone claim this is a reliable place for repairs? While my car is now fully operational, I would much prefer honesty to be the best POLICY.
