- PLPaul LewerenzAug 26, 20261.0I had my oil change there a few months ago. I found a week later that the oil filter was not adequately installed, it was left loose and leaking oil. I tightened it adequately and went on about my business. Several weeks later when I had my oil changed again, at a different place, it was discovered that the oil plug was EXTREMELY over tightened, to the point of damaging the threads on the plug. Most likely, a dubious employee wanting to deliberately "mess things up", or inadequate training. I won't be back, and I don't recommend anyone else go there. I gave it one star because zero stars wouldn't work.

In comparison with my Valvoline experience, free at the car dealership is too expensive. They require an appointment, which must be made through the website or using their telephone AI agent. Both were broken and would not allow me to make an appointment. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to their location, and then 30 minutes to return home. Valvoline has a location three minutes from my house, they did not require an appointment, there was no one in line in front of me when I arrived. I was finished and on my way 10 minutes after arriving. I didn't even get out of my car. I'm happy to give my business to someone who respects my time and makes my life easier rather than more difficult.
