I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Grease Monkey! The entire team especially the manager was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They got my vehicle in and out quickly without cutting any corners, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency. They walked me through exactly what my car needed, gave me clear upfront pricing, and didn't use any of the high-pressure sales tactics or unnecessary upsells you usually run into at mechanic shops. The waiting area was also spotless, comfortable, and loaded with nice amenities while I waited. It is rare to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, but these guys have earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Service has been good for me and it's convenient. 4 stars for ⭐⭐⭐⭐ service. However the Fox news on the TV everytime I'm there is extremely irritating. Zero stars for that. -⭐ Turn that shit off and put on something other than news or anything remotely political. Maybe the automobile channel or home channel...anything but Fox news please!

So glad new management took over 3 years ago and I decided to give this location another shot. Needed an oil change mid afternoon and was in and out in 15 - 20mins max. Great and knowledgeable service. Will def be back.

I had an excellent experience with Dom at Grease Monkey! I brought my daughter’s car in with several issues — an AC problem, a knocking noise, and a headlight issue. Even though they were extremely busy, Dom went above and beyond to make sure every issue was properly diagnosed and repaired. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. He kept everything moving and made sure I was able to have the car back by the end of the day. Taking the time to address multiple problems when they were already so busy really meant a lot to me. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely takes pride in helping their customers. Dom’s communication, effort, and commitment to getting everything taken care of were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dom, and the Grease Monkey team, for taking such great care of us!
