  This is my second time renting through enterprise; just a different location for pick up. Shelby let me know over the phone when a car would be available. I booked through USAA and everything went very smooth! I drove a Volkswagen for a few days that was very well taken care of. I will definitely be using them in the future.

  Knowledgeable resources at the Friendswood Texas location. Very personable…great people skills. Not the first time that I have received such service at this location. Keep up the great work!

  Very poor customer service. One customer in front of me and I still did not get the car I had reserved 40 minutes after arriving. And this was after previously completing all info online the day before to shorten the time at the location when picking up the car. After asking the manager, the one person working , what was taking so long and that I needed to leave she got upset and said she was canceling my reservation. I said fine and left never to come back.

  Car wouldn’t start right before a 3 hour work trip. Literally 15 minutes in the store and they had me on my way! Shelby was great and a huge help, will definitely be coming back here if I need another rental

  I was involved in an accident, and my insurance arranged a rental for me through this location. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was only one employee working, and we had to wait about an hour before being helped. When it was finally our turn, the employee briefly went over a few rules (no smoking, no pets, full tank upon return) and mentioned a $168.75 deposit. Nothing else was clearly explained. The car we received smelled extremely strong of marijuana, which is funny considering is not allowed. I chose not to make a big deal out of it at the time since this was an insurance rental, but it was very unpleasant. Due to delays with my vehicle repairs, my insurance extended the rental period. Once my car was ready, I returned the rental in clean condition, with a full tank, and no issues. The next day, I was shocked to see an additional charge of $484.41. I later found out this was due to a $26.99/day insurance coverage that was never clearly disclosed to me. I already have my own insurance and would have declined this if it had been properly explained. Transparency is extremely important, especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident. I strongly recommend that anyone renting here carefully review everything and ask questions before signing anything. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication, not only did the insurance paid for the rental, but I payed almost $600 for something i did not needed.
