  Zero stars if I could. Avoid the Fredericksburg and Kerrville locations. I booked a full-size SUV over two weeks in advance for an important annual trip. When I showed up on time at the Fredericksburg branch, an employee named Rene told me he couldn’t find my reservation. From the second I walked in, he was extremely cold, dry, and rude. My son and brother-in-law were both there and witnessed the entire interaction. When we tried to sort out payment, Rene refused to let my son pay on his credit card. I asked if my significant other could book under his own name with his card—Rene verified that he was in their system, but flat-out refused to let him book it. Once Rene found out I didn't have a credit card on me, he tried to quote me an outrageous $1,400 upfront on the spot for a van. Because we needed a vehicle, my brother-in-law drove us to the Kerrville branch so he could book a rental under his own name and card. To our shock, Rene was working behind the counter there too. The moment my brother-in-law tried to get a vehicle, Rene stonewalled him and claimed they had zero SUVs, vans, or vehicles available. It got worse. My brother-in-law called the branch to complain about the way we were treated. Rene answered, claimed he was the manager, said there was "no one else" above him to speak to, and then retaliated by canceling my brother-in-law’s reservation on the spot. My significant other called separately to file a complaint, and Rene blocked him too, claiming he was the only one in charge and no one else would take the call. This is blatant retaliation, abuse of power, and terrible customer service. Rene is running both branches with zero accountability. Take your business elsewhere—do not rent from Enterprise in Fredericksburg or Kerrville.

  Have rented from them for years. Last and I mean the very last time we tried to rent from them the manager “Renee” was incredibly rude to my wife to the point her and my son came home talking ani it it. He refused to rent to us for no real reason and then made other reasons why he couldn’t rent regardless of us having solutions and regardless of our reservation. He then lied and said “they didn’t have anything unless we wanted to pay 700$ cash to rent another van. She left and went to the Kerrville location with my Brother who is another passenger in our trip miraculously Renee was working here after lunch he told her “I recognize you from Fredericksburg” and then refused to rent to her or my brother. I had a coworker call and they had 3 options available for him. But none for us…. Consumer warning do not book a rental here unless you want the worst service and roadblocks on your trip. Worst experience ever

  They called me back to back day of my reservation to tell me they didn't have cars available even though the website shows several are available. Corporate needs to look into this place something isn't right.

  I love the Enterprise location in Fredericksburg, Texas. It is my favorite location. I live here. Its convenient and stress free The staff especially, is awesome. All these guys go above and beyond customer service and have a wonderful attitude doing it. Thank you. Top rating for them all!!
