I tried to switch a car on my account and was told they can't find my account. I left my info for management to contact me, never heard from anyone. Today they said my account was canceled but they can't find the account. I am charged $22 per month for 3 vehicles. This is the second rude employee in the past 30 days. Horrible way to start a new ownership. I will take my business elsewhere.

To top it all off, our cars are never actually clean when we go through. I do not understand the positive reviews, I genuinely wonder if they are fake.

- JBJacqueline BladesAug 13, 20261.0definitely won't be returning. there's no undercarriage sprayer so the whole bottom portion of my vehicle didn't get sprayed at all. from average knee length down did not get cleaned at all they offered to handspray but she still didn't spray the main parts that I pointed out that normally get washed at a normal car wash. they informed me of the undercarriage spray issue after I paid my money and went through and saw what a crap job was done. I don't think I was being a Karen at this moment. I was clearly juked out of my money. Sprayer won't be fixed till next month, by the way. definitely canceling the membership. This is a big rip-off and should be shut down immediately. visit date and time 8/14/2026 6pm
