- BHBrazos HopkinsSep 15, 20262.0Got the basic wash and as seen in the pictures it simply did not clean my car at all... I pulled back through and asked for a re-wash since the service I paid for didn't do anything. Guy at the window said since I got the basic wash that he cant send me through again and that if I wanted the car to be clean I should've paid more for the very overpriced wash. I was also not allowed to get a refund. He told me the basic was not supposed to clean your car and that the basic "doesn't come with a wash" whatever that means? Not like its called a car wash or anything. Very horrible customer service with a wash that has cheap and innificient machinery. You'd save yourself a headache going literally anywhere else unless you dont mind being ripped off. Whoever was working on 9/15 around 4:30pm needs to learn basic customer service.
