  I’ve been coming here over 10 years with my car and every time they tell me the manufacture recommends the oil to be a blend, and I always tell them I want conventional oil. It’s never been a problem until today. She turned her monitor around and in big bold numbers it said $116.00. That’s what the manufacturer recommends. I normally pay around $50.00. I told her I didn’t want synthetic oil I want conventional oil and she refused. She said they don’t give the customer a choice anymore. So I said I’ll just get it done somewhere else. So here’s a guy that faithfully went to the same store for more than 10 years and spent hundreds of dollars with them that won’t ever come back. I do have a choice, it’s my car. I’m sure the new place i go will welcome my business. I’m sorry they decided the customer has no choice. Update. I went to Midas and got the oil change done for $35.00 and they also rotated my tires.

  Friendly and professional every time I visit to get my oil change, they give me options on what type of oil and give me information on other service I can get for my car there it’s also done while you sit in your car I like that idea that way you don’t have to sit in small crowded waiting areas !!

  Came during non rush hours or lunch times and the way was short. Got 3 services done in less than an hr.

  Unbeknown to me they did not reconnect the hose after changing the air filter. I drove off only to notice that this triggered check engine, TRAC OFF, and 4WD lights to come on. I immediately went back only to be told that they can't reset the errors. It was all on me! Wow!

  Customer service was unbelievably bad. When I arrived I told them I wanted an inspection. They had me wait in a line behind other oil changes, then after 30 minutes of waiting I was told the person who does inspections had just gone to lunch. I had to wait another 45 minutes before he came back to do an inspection that lasted less then 10 minutes. The inspector could have easily had me go into the inspection bay initially and done mine in between the other cars, or at least right before leaving for lunch. I really can't believe they treat their customers this way.
