- CRCesar ReaJun 28, 20265.0I went in for an inspection and end up also getting my oil change. I have never seen a team working in unison like this one. I received the best customer service ever. Daye was the first person to greet me and performed the inspection while Alexandra performed the oil change. Maritza came over and helped Alexandra. Michael went over other services my car needed and checked me out. What blew my mind is that Alexandra noticed my car was missing the transmission filler cap and immediately let Daye know to tell me. That is what I called teamwork and the best customer service! Left very happy and wouldn't doubt to come back and refer my friends!

- TLTerry LundayJun 17, 20264.0Valvoline is supposed to be good oil. I drive a Toyota and Toyota recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles. I get full synthetic oil and do the oil changes about every 5,000 miles due to the way I drive. Valvoline suggests every 3,000 miles. They offer extra services and products, all overpriced. A couple of examples are the cabin air filter for my vehicle Valvoline sells for $52.99; the same filter is $19.99 at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Valvoline now offers a fuel treatment for 12,000 miles you can add to your gas tank for 20 gallons for $16.47; Lucas injector cleaner applied the same way is $6.99 at Auto Zone. Good products as well and much less expensive. You decide where to get your parts and other services. Valvoline Instant Oil Change should stick to what they do best - changing oil and topping off fluids. They are really good at that.
