I have used this location for many years and honestly I don’t have any complaints. The team is thorough on their services and I’m usually in and out pretty quick. I primarily use for oil changes and inspections. Always friendly, professional, and quick.

My favorite oil change spot. Love that you stay in your car the whole time — in and out in about 15 minutes. Oscar, Michael, and Richard gave were great: fast, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend this location.

went for oil/tire rotation yesterday. The crew was great however when it came to the tire rotation they lifted the truck before they removed the lug nuts. When you do that the wheel tire want to turn and mine did and the Technician tweaked one of my lug nuts so that it would not come off or re-tighten. So no tire rotation. The crew did let My Truck set for over an hour before addressing the problem with me which I pretty much discovered for myself. In my opinion it is imperative to keep the tires on the ground when removing the lug nuts from any car - Also you need to take your time with the impact driver and make sure it is seated correctly. We did end up buying them pizza and soda at the Midway point

My experience at this place was horrible. I don't know exactly what happened; I went to get a vehicle inspection to obtain new license plates. The vehicle had valid plates from the previous owner—with a sticker good until next year—and had passed inspection just five months prior. I took the vehicle in for inspection two days ago, but it failed because I had disconnected the battery to charge it. They charged me the $18 fee even though it didn't pass, but the inspector told me to drive a few miles and come back—something I didn't do right away because the battery was actually damaged. I bought a new battery, drove the car about 30 miles, and took it back. The manager helped me; I explained the situation and asked why I had been charged for an inspection that failed. He told me that the inspection fee applies whether the vehicle passes or not! Anyway, I explained that I was back because it had failed the first time due to the bad battery. He then started insisting—with a very confrontational attitude—that they wouldn't perform "illegal inspections." He repeated this several times, which upset me because he was insinuating something that wasn't the case; I simply wanted the car re-inspected now that I had installed a new battery.

I was sent to this location due to my location not having the oil that my car needed. At my location I had always had such a great experience since this has been the place I been coming to for some time and brought different cars. Well this location was not the same at all, not only did I feel rushed out and had to remind someone to reset my maintenance alert as I was already outside of their garage but they also did not secure the under car splash guard, this car had been driven from around 12pm till around same time at night, now the splash guard is completely worn out and cannot be bolted back in due to that. Also my maintenance alert came back on for whatever reason and I’m hoping there’s no further damage. This is not my local location so driving this car dragging a piece of plastic with TWO kids in the car is not what I want to be dealing with when the reason I come to this place is for the CONVENIENCE and “great costumer service”, now I have to wait on a “claim” in order to get this part replaced since is no longer usable. So I’m gonna be dragging along a piece of plastic that makes such a loud noice or be left with no car until they do this? Definitely nothing convenient about that. The team in this location needs to be retrained or shown better costumer service.
