- NFNeon Frags2 days ago3.0Skid plate not reinstalled properly. It’s 2 bolts come on guys. Is it detrimental to the car? No. Do I expect it to be done properly for $135 oil change? YOU BET! Only reason I took it here is I am out of town and don’t have my tools to do it myself. Topside and manager was nice but i am lost on how you can make a brand in changing oil and screw that up. Valvoline as a COMPANY is going down the toilet. Forcing managers to sell, or face disciplinary actions. Etc. it’s all predatory from the top down.

- HJHugo JuarezSep 26, 20263.0I waited for about 1:40 min. Also I wasnt greeted until 15 min. I told them I needed an inspection and an oil change. They proceeded to do other people's inspection before mine. I had to remind them I needed an inspection before the I Inspector knew I needed an inspection. The staff was was just nonchalant the whole time.
