- SLSignora Lott6 days ago2.0I was never greeted when I pulled up , after 20 minutes I drove around to the front to let them that all I needed was a state inspection , they did apologize but it was 300 ° degrees outside and my attitude was not the best. Now, I did visit the shop @ 2pm and there were probably 3 cars in the bays , it was just too hot to wait any longer, so I left
- LLlukasAug 23, 20261.0We came here on a Sunday when it wasn’t too busy and there was one car ahead of us. The time it took to do the car in front of us took almost an hour. When it was finally our turn it took about the same time. The entire team kept going inside and leaving us wondering what to do next. I have always loved valvoline but this location is very slow; would not recommend this location.

- GGGaryinTexasAug 11, 20262.0So these guys advertise 15 minute oil changes. They aren’t even close. You’ll wait in line for over 30-40 minutes. Once you get in a bay, wait another 30 minutes. The actual oil change, 30 or more minutes. They ask you for your name and I’m used to these guys getting it wrong so I slowly spell it out. Guess what, they still got it wrong. They are friendly enough though. Just make sure you apply for Social Security benefits before you get here otherwise you may not get your benefits in time.
