- KHKami Hart3 days ago3.0I went in to get an oil change. Only one car in the third bay, so not at all busy. But I saw that there was only two young people working the car in Bay three. So I was patient as they pulled me into Bay two. I proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes but then multiple employees walked by look me dead in the eye and did nothing to help me, did nothing to check on me, or get started on basic fluids and other checks that I know yall do, and they just stood there watching the other two work. Your Gen Z workers have terrible social and customer service skills. I once was in there and had amazing service with an older Hispanic man as a supervisor. He was friendly and speedy and engaging. The reason I went back to this location. I don’t know where he was but he needs to teach your younger employees some basic customer service, especially the kind that I expect from Valvoline.
