  I have been using Valvoline oil chain service for many years with no issue yesterday I took my 2006 SSR Chevy truck to the Alliance town center traveling oil center. They popped through as normal pulled my oil fill cap off and spent about 15 minutes underneath the truck then they came up and told me that they cannot get to the drain plug or the oil filter and they were unable to change my oil. I’ve never had that happen and any other Valvoline oil change center so they close my hood and I said thank you and I Went across town to the Keller Valvoline oil change which I’ve been before and they took care of me and record time and I also did and antifreeze flush and when they pop the hood on my truck, they noticed that my oil cap was sitting inside my engine compartment valve oil change line town center never put it on to me. That is totally unacceptable. The worst customer service of all time I will never go back to that location and somebody needs to be aware of it that they turned on a good customer with a Chevy truck and left the oil filled cap off and let me drive away that could’ve been catastrophic engine failure so disappointing

  Nicholas and Jachob were very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable getting my oil changed alone as a women. I was a little nervous about backing into the station but Jachob kindly offered to assist and backed the car in for me, letting me return to the ac of my car in the hot Texas heat. Nicholas informed me of the importance of my cars performance by keeping the filters changed and helping with my cars overall efficiency. I was very pleased and will be back!

  The guy that actually did the oil change paid great attention to detail. You could tell he was taking an extra minute to make sure things were right. I appreciated that. Good dudes here

  If I could give them a negative star I would because they do not deserve one star. On Saturday April 11, 2026. My husband took our vehicle in for an oil change. We live less than ten miles from the facility. While traveling home the vehicle alerted him that the oil level was critically low and to shut off the vehicle immediately . He had wait two hours in the rain for technician to arrive - only to check the filter and the oil plug - the technician was unable to locate the leak. They provided a complimentary tow only after my husband refused to pay for a tow. Unfortunately the dealership was closed so they towed the vehicle to our home. On Sunday, they wanted to send a third technician out to change our oil. Why would I want to them to change my oil again when they do not have the capability to determine a leak or worse they have possibly damaged the engine. I told them that I would prefer to tow the vehicle to the dealership and that I would follow up on Monday. April 23, 2026. When I reach out to them on Monday I was informed that since I did not allow them to complete a second oil change then I would be responsible for the tow. My car was at the dealership for seven consecutive days. I had to rent a vehicle for a mistake they made. The dealership diagnosed the vehicle and discovered that the technician improperly placed the o ring and caused a massive oil leak. Valvoline refused to take accountability and denied the claim. Only a fool would allow you to work on their vehicle after you have shown that you are clearly incompetent. The trust was broken and a line of betrayal was crossed when they chose not to take accountability. The manager Matthew Gonzales did not resolve the matter responsibly. Their business practices are horrible. Do not take your car to Valvoline on N Freeway near Heritage Trace & North Tarrant Parkway. Especially if you value your engine and you’re not prepared for unexpected car repairs.
