- DADaniel Adams3 days ago1.0Worst experience of my life. First they made me wait over 2 hours for an oil change. Wouldn’t accept my 20 dollar off coupon. The techs looked high on drugs. My cupholder of change was robbed of all the quarters. My glovebox and center console were gone thru. My car started ticking so I went back. They didn’t put enough oil in and when I asked what the manager was going to do about it. He shrugged and told me not to come back if I don’t like service.

About 18 months ago, I had a Valvoline in Weatherford, Texas, tear apart the assembly that connects the air filter. It cost me $1500 in various mechanics' attempts to figure out why my car wasn't running properly. Since then, I have always asked them not to do anything other than the oil change service.

I usually watch the oil change and relax outside the shop area, he wouldn’t let me do either. I spend good money and it messed up that he wouldn’t let me get some fresh air. I will never comeback here and I’m contemplating not coming to another valvoline again. Managers name is Mathew. Our oil tech was great his name was nick. But the manager needs to be talked to.

I’ve gone to 2 different ones and both times they have done something to screw up my car. 1st time over in SW FTW: didn’t place the oil cap on correctly, blew off oil sprayed everywhere and left me stranded on the side of the road. Over here at Alliance: 1st time I came fine, 2nd time: thought it was being run by children, goofing off and playing had to watch every move and prevented one mistake because I questioned them! Now this time: the guy seemed like he knew what he was doing so I wasn’t overbearing…. WRONG! Overfilled my engine with Oil! Now I can’t drive my car, and I had to make a claim that could take 24-48 hours and was told to take screen shots of the Uber Receipts and add to the claim…. I drive an hour 1 way to work!!!!!!!! Never never never again will I use a Valvoline! I will say thank you to the lady at the call center who helped with the claim, her voice was very sweet and calming.
