  I wasn’t happy that Nicholas tried to tell me my new customer coupon was only for conventional oil changes even though it says right on there that it’s for premium oil changes. Also, they left two big greasy hand prints on my fender. Definitely won’t go back.

  This location is better than weatherford, and a couple out of state. However Mitch the manager isn’t great, he claims it’s in the hand book that they can migrate and make customers move based on when we hit the lot. However how is my time less valuable then the next or the first if I’m in bay 2, 5, or 9 and I’m 2nd or 3rd how is it fair that I have to move when John Doe is 2nd in their bay but mines moved faster now pushing me to 3rd or 4th. The logic is not there. The simple concept is first come first serve. He claims it’s per lot, I think it’s per bay. So if I’m 2nd, 4th or whatever then you wait your turn like an adult. This isn’t a make an appointment place. So with that logic you just wait. Same as a coffee line, TSA, concerts or any sort of traffic. Terrible logic on his side. If this is Valvoline’s hand book they need to change it or update it, either way. Terrible service. Most managers apply deductive reasoning here and just make the cx happy. In my situation specifically he wanted to argue/discuss for 15+ mins over a cx who pulled in a different bay not even a full min before me. His compromise was to let me in the bay first but to not start my oil change til the other customer which isn’t logical either esp about time management, also a issue we as customers had in weatherford and he was there for a time too which I stopped going. He let me know he had been with the company for 17 years and that sounds great except his common sense isn’t really being applied here fully. THE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION ARE 10/10 very nice, clear spoken, truth worthy hard workers. Mitch will ruin this location same as weatherford and I guess eventually I’ll just stop coming to Valvoline all together! Good job.

  If you want a long wait and inaccurate wait times this is the place to go. Highly unreccomend. I was also here a week ago, waited 20 minutes in the inspection/emission line for them to finally tell me the that it wasn't available. Not sure why they just couldn't put a sign up.

  The Manager Mitchell definitely took care of me. Also the assistant manager make sure that my car left in good condition even though it didn’t come in good condition they were so attentive and took great care of me especially because I just moved to Texas and was looking to get service done.
