  Got there at 6 40pm for oil change and was turned away. I was told they were closed. Got home and checked to see what time they closed and it said 7pm. I would understand if they had a few people there finishing the day, but the place was empty.

  Do not go here. 8/18/2026 @around 5:00 pm. Never have I experienced racism before at this location and this is the first time. When I pulled the guy initial was coming to help, but he saw what race I was and he stopped and let the female help. I’m sitting there waiting and he still doesn’t acknowledge me. She finally stops mopping and come helps and I told her I wanted an emission test and oil change and I advised her that I have a profiler already I been her for the last 2 years. She stated that I still had to create a profile. Fine, I created a profile and it said I couldn’t create one because I had one already. I advised the man that it wouldn’t let me create one and he snatch the device out my hand and said find your name within the 50 plus names that’s popping up. Then he got upset because I had asked him a question. At that point you’re not about to work on my vehicle because you have shown that you are having a bad day and you don’t want to deal with customers. It’s sad because I’m a disabled war veteran injured in combat and this place is veterans friendly and a first responder and I got treated like this. I even told them I was getting a quick service before heading to go to work. I stated I was leaving and asked to speak to a manager. They said they can give out the managers work information because it is personal and private. I said how is work information private, and they said I can call and leave a voice message and then they will see if they could give him the information. That’s shady, unprofessional, illegal and unbecoming of an employee of a business of services. I spoke to assistant manager at location and she admitted that they were having a bad and said everyone is entitled to have a bad day. In which I responded correct, but when you have paying customers, you remove yourself away from the situation and handle it. She refused to correct her employee which shows she is an ineffective leader. No problem solving skills. If they both were having a bad day and they are the only ones there. They should have took a moment to refocus. It’s 2026, we should be experiencing racism from people because they look different than us. And lie on camera. There’s CCTV in there to view the entire event. I don’t want anything from this place. I am a paying customer and I pay for things i want in life. I don’t want a discount or a free oil change. I want this to be handled and make sure the white male, blonde hair, and glasses and the female assistant manager to treat everyone with respect. Take a class on diversity, racism, and hostile workplace behaviors. ***update*** No one has reached out to me. Their response is just PR and damage control without actions. It’s just part of going through the motions to respond and move on. They don’t value their customers.

  Where do I begin!! Service was awesome!! John got me in and out of there supper quickly and was super nice throughout the process! If you’re looking for a quick inspection go here I highly recommend!! Thank you John

  This place is LIT. John is by far the best tech we have ever seen versus any other fast oil change place. He is knowledge, fast, and never tries to upsell us, all his sales are honest and what’s best for the car to keep it running. Today we had Natalie helping along side John and they were great too! Seriously, go check this place out!

  5 minuets to get a state inspection, I came here after waiting a hour at another state inspection place that offers 5 minuet oil change and state inspections. I was at the other place for over 1 hour. Never going back to that so called take 5 minuet location. Strickland is the place to go. Super friendly as well.
