  Failed to recalibrate. Reset engine codes. 25 more codes triggered dealing with all safety features associated with the camera. 12 phone calls to get a human. Stated they couldn't complete it and must take to GMC.

  From scheduling the appointment and selecting a payment option to the installation and completion of the service, I was very pleased with Safelite. I needed my windshield replaced, and they came directly to my home. The installer was professional, efficient, and fast. They also changed my wipers and applied Rain-X, which came in handy today — the rain rolled right off my windshield. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience from start to finish.

  The website was easy to navigate for appointments. They kept me updated on the time of arrival by texts and calls from the serviceman. He came within the time allotted and was courteous and professional. Job well done! I always use Safelite for windshield repair or replacement.

  Needed windshield repair due to a road rock damage. It is super easy to set up an appointment on their website via my phone. Very user friendly and simple. I was even able to punch in my auto insurance and it quickly verified that the repair would be fully covered at no cost. The repair was easy, quick and clean. After my technician was done fixing my windshield I asked him if he had windshield wipers that I could purchase so he can install them. He didn't have the size he needed with him and he went out of his way to drive 30 minutes to go get them and come back and put them on. He even found me a deal to get me half off of the price. Wish I could remember his name but he was great.

  I got bait & switched -- be very careful in dealing with Safelite. I was originally given a decent price after I gave them a full description of my vehicle and what was needed. I made an appointment. Then a couple days later, Safelite asked for my VIN, which I gave -- and then they increased the price $100. But there was nothing new the VIN gave Safelite about my vehicle (year, make, model, what features it had and that it would need recalibration too -- they already had all that info). Safelite was trying to take advantage of me. So I canceled the apt and went with a competitor (another major company) that was easy to work with and gave me an even better price. **See Safelite's response below to my original review. Wow! They just reinforced what I said in my original review! So it's worth saying it again: Be very careful in dealing with Safelite. They tried to bait & switch me; don't let it happen to you.**
