- PHPaige Hubbard1 day ago1.0I am incredibly frustrated with Safelite's service. After spending nearly $600 to replace my windshield just six months ago, I noticed air coming through, which prompted me to schedule an appointment to address the issue. To add to my disappointment, a rock chipped my windshield just a few days after I made the appointment. Despite this, the rock chip has nothing to do with the poor integrity of the initial installation, which is why I was seeking to have it fixed under warranty. Instead of helping me, Safelite canceled my warranty because of said rock chip, leaving me without support. I was assured that a manager would reach out to me same day to see if they could just make it right but it’s now been 72 hours & that never happened I expected much better service and accountability from a company like this and will not be returning. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I attached a photo of the rock chip that voided my lifetime warranty just after six months.

I just signed up for the service online and they had my windshield in stock and were out the next day. The cost was reasonable, even with the rain sensor built into the glass. The technician had time in the morning and moved me up from a later time in the afternoon to the morning. The tech was amazing. He had it done in just under an hour and it looks great. I will go back to Safelite for the next time something cracks my windshield for sure.
- KTKriszta K TubbsJun 20, 20265.0Burleson, TX location is an A++. Tesla owners, this is the place for you!! I arrived 30 min before my appointment. The technician started to work on my windshield right away and finished in an hour. In an hour!! Previously, they told me I might want to drop off the car and pick it up later, since it is a Tesla and the windshield change and recalibration will take at least 3 hours. But I am welcome to stay and wait if I prefer. Needless to say, I am glad I stayed! It was done in an hour. The technician did a super job! I am very satisfied with both how quickly they pulled this off and the quality of the work. Also, they had no problem changing my windshield wipers, which I bought myself and brought with me. Friendly staff, very clean service center! Highly recommend this place!
