  I was run off the road and really messed up my truck. I called Rocket Tow and Jordan came in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful and the tow was handled so professionally that I will never call another company for a tow. If you are in DFW and life throws you a “curve ball” and you need your vehicle towed call Rocket Tow!

  Truck #27 deserves some recognition. I witnessed the driver get put into a situation that could have gone very wrong very quickly today. Their reaction was nothing short of impressive. They stayed calm, maintained control, kept their tow secure, and handled the situation with a level of skill and professionalism you don’t see every day. The driver appeared to get cut off unexpectedly, and they managed to slow down way faster than they should have, while maintaining safety and keeping everyone on SRT out of what was a near life threatening situation. Please give that driver the recognition they deserve. Outstanding job on this entire situation. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  Had an Excellent Experience with the service provided by Alec. Within calling time, him reaching out and arrival time, during busy freeway traffic, was on point. Friendly and very professional.

  Rocket Tow and JORDAN are the absolute best. I called probably 7 different towing companies and got huge inflated prices and absurd wait times. When I called Rocket Tow it made my entire day feel so much easier and finally allowed me to be able to breathe. They have amazing and reasonable prices, they don’t make you sit around for hours waiting. And Jordan was amazing at his job. He picked up my car and took it back to my apartment with no problem. I will be using Rocket Tow and asking for Jordan any time my family and I need some help. If I could leave 1,000 stars I would. If you read this review, stop shopping around and just go with Rocket Tow. Save your self the time and trouble.

  Big thanks to Alec for coming out and being professional five stars on customer service and five stars on taking care of the customers property. He made sure that my car was professionally tow ,that nothing got damaged and made sure that I was satisfied with the service. Thank you you too rocket tow god bless !! “5 stars to ALEC”
