- CWCaitlin Williams4 days ago1.0I don’t know if Quiktrip reads their reviews reviews, but I was just at the Quiktrip here off West Lancaster and Henderson today October 11, 2026 at 3:15 pm and the black woman at the register was so rude. She didn’t greet me. She told me my total and I paid cash. I paid $8 cash and when I went to count out the .54 cents she just stood there and stared at me with a RBF face until I was finished. She didn’t say thank you, have a great day. Nothing like that. she just went onto the next customer. I said thank you have a nice day and she didn’t say anything back. She just threw the change. I gave her into the drawer. She is just rude! Y’all need to talk to your employees and make sure they are polite to the guest that are coming in. Most of the time I have had a wonderful experience with every employee that works here up until this one woman. I myself working customer service. I am a server. So I know what the standard should be. And that was not it. she should not be in customer service if she doesn’t know how to be polite. It’s common courtesy. It’s good manners. It is not hard. I understand that we all have a life outside of work. And things happen. But you do not need to take that bad attitude into the workplace. It is unacceptable! One star for that woman!
- JMJason Murphy6 days ago2.0I come to this store either on foot or drive there. Just because someone has a backpack and is on foot, you don't need to judge them. I rather do all my business with 711 vs here but its a stop along the way to work. There is little homeless traffic not as bad as the hemphill location. Your automatic robot is a trip hazard waiting to happen. I get stared at by your security when i have my backpack vs when I drive to this location.

- ASAlicia SalgadoSep 2, 20261.0If I could give QT 0 stars, I would. On June 14, 2025, I was attacked by a man who then doused me head to toe in gasoline. I ran inside QT desperately asking for help, but the employees did nothing to assist me and didn’t even call 911. What makes this even more disturbing is that QT said they did not have surveillance footage from gas pump #16. There is a camera directly above that pump, so I don’t understand how there could be no footage of such a serious incident. ALL THESE CAMERAS FOR WHHHATTT?!???!!! QT is supposed to be a safe place for customers, especially during an emergency. I was in an extremely dangerous situation and needed help, and QT failed me when I needed it most. I would not feel safe returning to this location. Not to mention someone else was also attacked at a nearby QT and was also doused in gasoline.
