- JMJames MeyerJun 29, 20261.0Just when I thought customer service cannot get any worse. Just because the A.C is out this pilot used it as an excuse to shut down the McDonalds, cancel all showers. So I went to the one place that was serving food the Subway and Ashton the server who was obviously stoned out of his mind claims he's not supposed to make any sandwiches. I go to the manager and he explained that only the oven was shut down cold sandwiches could still be made. Ashton got annoyed when I told him he actually had to do his job and then doubled down that his manager said no sandwiches. Went back to manager and he said that of course cold sandwiches could be made. When he found he had to make me a sandwich he pouted and acted like making a sandwich was an imposition. I am getting tired of Pilots shops treating drivers like a 3rd class citizens. It is not unreasonable that after driving 10 hours to be able to get a hot meal and a shower. Anthony the manager instead of being sympathetic talked down to me like I was a child instead of the person who's pays his salary. There are plenty of restaurants that remain open in 90 degree weather. Unlike Anthony drivers don't have the luxury to leave we are forced to stay here for 10 hours. This will be the last time I ever come to this pilot. The photo is the Subways server who got upset when I interrupted his buzz

- NWNeeraj WilliamJun 14, 20261.0Stopped to put gas and pumped $50.00 worth of gas. 4 hrs later I get an alert from my credit card company that there is a $226.00 transaction on my card for gas. Very shady station I have reported them to the authorities for scam and theft. STAY AWAY.
