2 Fuel selection has 15% Ethanol, you pay a premium for 10%. Wow, what a waste of money or your tax payers and my money, but ok lets just get some gas. Oh wait. On pump 3 it seems like the nozzle's automatic shut-off sensor is broken or too sensitive. You can't pump more than 2 gallons without waiting for 30 minutes. So all that and the rewards program that gets confused. I don't think I will ever be back. 2 many strikes. I just wanted to fuel up. Will find a 66 station.

This was the most on route Pilot I could get to. I told a few people where I was going and they absolutely were against me coming here due to the fuel island congestion, parking lack of etiquette, and overall environment of the store. I got here just before 1500 (3pm) and the place was moderately packed. I got a good look at the parking situation coming off of 35W, so I had a rough idea of needing to partially blind side some open spots. I was slow and steady backing, got out and looked a few times for good measure, and took a spot without anyone rushing me. Sad to say the rest of the lot was not as accommodating. Everyone wants the easy spots to pull into and risk more damage backing out. Lots of bobtail space once you turn in but be careful of the congestion at the fuel island, it was 3 deep with people parked at the front lines when I rolled in. I waited maybe 45 min for a shower with 10 people checked in before me, not terrible honestly. The food didn't look appetizing but the drink deals are still pretty great.

Good luck if you prepay for parking the lot isn't enforced and is covered with trash and piss bottles. Bathrooms are nasty and full of trash piss and poop on the seats and wall's. Food looks like they haven't changed the oil for there fryer in months. Everyone is double parked and Everyone doing it has no idea how to speak English so how they have a CDL is crazy. If you do manage to find a spot it will be rare that you won't have to blind side in. Showers are ok and are the only way you will get a clean restroom. Good luck getting out of this place if you are a trucker Everyone is so packed in here trying not to pay for parking that getting out can be a challenge the later you arrive.

One of the worst Pilot/Flying J's. More bobtail parking than tractor/trailer. All paid parking. Staff was VERY rude. Restrooms were VERY filthy. Pilot doesn't give a damn about the tractor/trailer truck driver anymore. You see too many pickup trucks WANTABEE truck drivers parked in the parking spots leaving NO PARKING for Semi Truck Drivers. T/A and Petro is no better.
