  Too many rats went for breakfast on my way to work sitting in the drive threw all I saw was a gang of rats omg I know it's a truck stop but please do something about those rats

  Update: Spoke to customer service line at corporate they refunded us in points and will be addressing the issue WILL NEVER STOP HERE EVER AGAIN!! PAID FOR A PARKING SPOT SINCE THEY DON'T DO THE WINDOW TAGS ANYMORE THEY MUST NOT KEEP A GOOD RECORD OF THE LIST OF PAID PARKING BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE CHECKING THE LOT BANGED ON THE DOOR THAN WHEN TOLD TO CHECK THE LIST HE CUSSED US OUT WHEN WE SPOKE TO DANIEL HE SAW NO ISSUE WITH THE OTHER EMPLOYEE CUSSING AT A CUSTOMER AND THOUGHT WE WERE MAD ABOUT GETTING THE TRUCK KNOCKED ON WHICH YEAH THAT'S ANNOYING TOO BECAUSE WE PAID EVEN PUT THE RECEIPT ON THE DASH BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN GIVE TAPE OUT NOW BUT IT WAS HIM DROPPING THE F BOMB MULTIPLE TIMES THAT ANGERED US WONT LIE WE DID SAY IF WE WERE TO GET CUSSED OUT AGAIN THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT IS NOT OKAY FOR AN EMPLOYEE IN UNIFORM TO CUSS AT A CUSTOMER EVEN IF THE PERSON SEEMS AGITATED I HAVE WORKED FOR MULTIPLE GAS STATIONS, TRUCK STOPS AND FAST FOOD ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED AND NEVER HAVE I THOUGHT TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER IN THAT SENSE WE CHOSE TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION SO LOSTED OUT ON 21.65

  Unfortunately, there's too many parked drivers to manage the parking lot and the staff does what it can when they can. Restrooms are meant to be used and there again the staff does their best! So my respect to them. I've never seen double parked drivers. Some spots are meant to be shared with bobtail trucks or box trucks even. Never had a communication problem, most staff as far as I've encountered all speak English, some even bilingual. Don't always expect to find a spot, this is the only major chain truck stop for miles and a industrial zone. If have to blind side it's because your traveling in the wrong direction. Line for the showersncan get long but there are a lot of showers 12 to be exact so if suggest get here with plenty of time. Can't say much about the exit out except that no one is crossing the exit, I can get a little tight. Maybe this spot isn't for rookies, I'd suggest the place south of here across from the kenworth they've got plenty of manuver space for beginners
