  After messing around for five days calling on every Brake repair shop in Midlothian and Waxahachie Texas. It was gonna take 4 to 5 days to get the vehicle in there. I was quoted at each dealership over $600 an axle so this morning about 11 o’clock I called new brakes because I saw the advertisement online. The person I spoke with on the phone maybe with an Australian or English accent was extremely professional gave me a quote over the phone and two hours later the technician shows up in my driveway. The technician was a super nice guy. He did a check on my wife’s vehicle showed me the cracks in the rotor. Gave me a price. A really good price put two rotors on the front and new pads and pads on the rear in and out of my driveway in 56 minutes I could not ask for a better experience total five stars and if you need me to share with anybody, just ask, tremendous service thrilled to death. This is a new go to!!

  I recently had my truck’s brakes and rotors serviced by NuBrakes, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. A huge thank you to the technician, Michael Herring, who did an absolutely phenomenal and thorough job. He took the time to replace the rotors and pads with precision, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. He even took the truck for a test drive afterward to make sure the performance was exactly where it needed to be. His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time really stood out. I also want to personally thank the manager, Brian, for his outstanding leadership and communication. It is clear that he runs a professional operation and truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise in mobile auto repair. My truck is braking perfectly, and the entire process was seamless. If you want high-quality work and a business you can trust, I highly recommend Nubrakes.
