This place is absolutely awful, I had a nail in my tire and the "tried" to repair it. I only came here because discount tire was closed it was a Sunday. It took them almost 2 hours to try and patch it and it was 44.99 to fix a damn flat, the total cost for the tire was 150, to take a nail out it's 1/3 the cost of the tire?! I only moved forward with it because it was Sunday and I needed to drive to work the following morning. Then after they attempted to fix it they called me a few hours later because they forgot to put my center cap on.
They didn't properly patch it and my light came back on this morning Tuesday, roughly a week and a half after the "repair".
I went to discount and they told me the repair was done improperly and I had to replace the entire tire. I went back to NTB to get a refund because the job wasn't done properly and was told I needed to contract corporate for a refund. They didn't have the corporate number at all, I asked if they could look it up and they couldn't then proceeded to talk to me like I'm an idiot and say look it up on your phone. Like hello? I was done wrong and I'm trying to get this fixed and you belittle me? If I could give this dump a 0 star I would, DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE.

Great experience with NTB. I brought my 2016 Camaro 2SS in for a wheel alignment, and they did an excellent job. My Camaro is lowered with Eibach suspension, so I was especially impressed with how carefully they handled the car and the attention they gave to getting the alignment right.
The service was professional, the work was done properly, and I was very pleased with the results. It’s nice to find a shop that understands how to work on a modified performance car without treating it like a standard vehicle.
I definitely appreciate the quality of the service and would recommend NTB to anyone looking for a shop that takes pride in their work.
If your car is lowered and can't go on a traditional lift, this is your Go To spot.

I had such a great experience with the team at National Tire & Battery (NTB) on North Tarrant Parkway! Everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward.S/O to Aily!
What really stood out was how genuinely helpful the entire crew was. Great customer service can be hard to find, especially when dealing with tires and car maintenance, but this team made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured or rushed, just taken care of.
Highly recommend this NTB location! Thank you to the entire crew for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned a repeat customer!

Had a flat patched here last week. Two days later, the tire was completely flat again on the highway. Took it to a different shop, and they showed me the patch was placed right over a massive screw they missed. This shop put my safety at risk."
