  I had a great experience at Mavis at the 7000 N FWY location. I had a flat tire yesterday, the day before leaving town, and several other places were booked for the day. I called Mavis and spoke with Brandon, who was able to get me in right away. A huge thank you to Brandon, Dean, and Chris for understanding the urgency and providing outstanding customer service. They had everything taken care of in just 45 minutes, which allowed me to continue getting ready for my trip. I really appreciate the quick service and highly recommend this team!

  The folks at this location took great care of me on a pretty hard day. Got me back on the road quickly and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Would totally take my car here again.

  Brandon and Dean were exceptionally helpful. We encountered an unexpected tire issue on a 9 hour roadtrip with 2 girls, and they were quick to get us in and out, and back on the road in 30 minutes with our issue resolved. Absolutely recommend.

  "Went in for a simple 4-tire swap. Drove off and immediately heard a loud clicking noise. Made it two blocks before my front wheel started shaking violently. Pulled over and found two loose lug nuts on the driver's side—the others were barely hand-tight. This shop could have caused a major accident. Do not trust them with your family's safety."

  The gentleman working the front desk on Saturday, August 15 saved our butts big time. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car the day before and had spent a half hour on the phone with Enterprise on a Friday night. They reassured us that a car was waiting for us at the Fort Worth airport the following morning (Saturday). We show up and they don't have any cars available and didn't know we were coming. They send us on a wild goose chase, calling Enterprises all over the city (who wanted to send us an hour out of the city on a flat tire with two kids in the backseat to another Enterprise 50+ miles away... nope!). They also suggested we call multiple tire repair places, which either told me they didn't do tire repairs on weekends or that there were hours-long waits. Not Mavis; I called them and was told that there were two guys ready to get to work right away to fix my tire. When I arrived, they discovered that the tire couldn't be repaired, so they immediately got to work seeking approval from Enterprise for a tire replacement. Of course that approval didn't come on a Saturday, so the guy behind the counter said he "knew a guy" at another Enterprise and gave him a call. And that guy took pity on us (we were about 3 hours into the whole ordeal at that point) and approved us for a tire replacement when he didn't really have the permission to approve one on the spot. The gentleman at Mavis graciously accepted that approval (which didn't come with immediate payment, mind you) and got my car all fixed up. We headed over to the nearby Dairy Queen to wait things out, and one of the workers even drove my car over to me so I didn't have to walk back. I really appreciated the A+ service on a day when so few people had been willing to help us. I highly recommend Mavis and am very grateful for their service!
