I was down the road with a flat tire and no money. They offered to put on my spare free of charge. They did it quickly and were very kind. They saved me that day. Extremely grateful for this place

I had the displeasure of getting a nail in my tire, but it was great having Dean at this location be so helpful and kind. Dean made sure I was happy from the moment I gave him my keys all the way to when I got back in my car and drove home. I appreciate wonderful help like this but Dean definitely went above and beyond to make sure my day got better!

I had a really great experience at Mavis at 7000 North Freeway. Xavier, Chris, and Dean were all absolutely amazing! They were professional, helpful, patient, and actually took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. You don’t always come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, but these three definitely made me feel like I was in good hands. They treated me with respect, communicated with me throughout the process, and went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate y’all for taking care of me and my vehicle. If you need work done, I definitely recommend asking for Xavier, Chris, or Dean. Y’all earned this 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a walk-in with no appointment, I brought in a jeep that had wheel locks on all four wheels although I did not have a key to remove them. Dean was able to remove the wheel locks. Remove the right front wheel for me. Replace a broken valve stand, put it all back together and supplied me with four new lug nuts. Very reasonable price, and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Absolutely no complaints on the work that was performed the people that performed it or the Price.

Daniel and his team were very nice and pleasant to work with. They did a thorough inspection and assessment, identified the problems, described the situation and showed me pictures. Got my car fixed in a very timely manner. My car is driving much better now. I will definitely continue to do business with this shop.
