  Absolutely unacceptable customer service, but what happened AFTER my visit was even worse. I scheduled a 12:00 appointment for a simple tire rotation and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told approximately an hour. Nearly THREE HOURS later, my truck was finally finished. During that time, employees repeatedly claimed they couldn't find my wheel lock key, despite being told where it was. I walked back and found it myself almost immediately. I also specifically declined the vehicle inspection, yet they still recommended brakes that I'd replaced just three months earlier. But here's the part that really crossed the line. Two days later, BEFORE 8 a.m., Rick, the store manager, called me. Not to apologize or address my concerns, but to say something along the lines of, "Why don't you come back up here with the same energy you had the other day? I'd like to meet you." I found that statement confrontational, intimidating, and genuinely threatening. Since when does a manager challenge a customer for expressing frustration over poor service? As a former Mavis employee, I know the standards this company once held its employees to. Seeing this level of service and management firsthand is incredibly disappointing. I came in for a tire rotation, not a confrontation. Mavis, this location needs a serious look at its leadership. I will not be returning.

  Rick and his team at Mavis Tires are my go-to for anything car-related. They are always helpful, fair, and honest, and I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. I recently came in with an almost dead battery and low tire pressure, and Rick took the time to explain what my car actually needed and helped me understand the repairs. I really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was, and they were able to get everything taken care of in one afternoon. I’m very grateful to have a place I trust with my car.

  Came in with a power steering issue, they got me in immediately and diagnosed it. Even though they didn’t have the part, they topped off the power steering fluid and didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee or labor fee since they didn’t have the part. Incredible shop.

  Rick and Nathan were amazing. From.my first phone call when Nathan helped me till I got in the store. Both Rick and Natham ensure I got in quick. Thank you to both.

  Would give a zero if I could. Brought my truck in after it left me stranded. They replaced a couple sensors and an air hose and somehow it was running worse than when it was brought in! Mind you, it wouldn’t run for my than a couple seconds without dying. It was the shop managers first day at this location and she said the mechanic did not want to get much deeper in to it because the issues it was brought in with were fixed and also, he was confident beyond what he did. Why would you tell that to a customer? Needless to say, I left and went to another shop. Very disappointed
