  I was driving down the highway and noticed my PSI dropped down the 5 in my driver's side rear tire and Mavis Tires and Brakes was literally 2 minutes away from were I was at the time. At about 4:30. I pulled in expected the shop to tell me they couldn't get to it until tomorrow but they immediately got it knocked out and I was there less than half hour and I truly appreciate Laverne and the team.

  I visited Mavis for same-day service and the team made everything easy. Rick helped me understand my options, answered all my questions, and I was in and out faster than expected. Rick and his team was fast, friendly, and professional. The space was both odorless and spotless. Rick provided clear communication, and greeted me at the door. #PHENOMENAL

  5 stars is not enough! Rick was so helpful! Before sending my son to college, we went in to check the brakes and he needed brakes, tire rotation, and alignment. He helped by applying coupons! Our truck also had 2 other services recommended by a different auto shop. He explained to us that the engine fuel system cleaning would never be done on the type of engine in our truck. The radiator flush was way less than the other two shops I priced. Rick was invested in making the vehicle save and not pushing anything that was not needed and it was done in a timely matter.

  Terrible experience, terrible location. Came in to replace and balance a flat tire that was under their warranty. Three separate people came out three separate times asking which tire it was. Then after 45 min at least, they come out and tell us they can’t find the leak and can’t replace it. We told them to at least go ahead and balance it. We’ve now been waiting an hour and a half (we were there over 2 hours total) for one tire to be balanced only for them to come back and say they found the leak and are currently replacing it but we’re getting charged for it even though it’s under THEIR warranty with THEIR extra road hazard protection. Poor communication between customer and themselves, no one has a clue what is going on. Everyone we saw come in left frustrated as well. I went to the White Settlement location a few weeks ago and had a great experience but after today I don’t know that we will use Mavis again and absolutely won’t be back to this location. Just a horrible experience in every way

  Came in with a huge nail in my tire after work. While other shops were closed, Mavis Tires and Brakes was open and ready to serve. Rick was the only employee in and was extremely kind and helpful. Even being shorthanded, Rick provided top tier assistance and got my tire fixed immediately. I'd recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes to anyone who may have been in a bind similar to myself! Affordable prices, short wait time, phenomenal services. Thank you Rick! Huge lifesaver.
