- RRRandy Rogers1 day ago5.0Sarah was excellent, she went above and beyond in getting my dead battery replaced as soon as she could. She definitely made the experience tolerable. Great job!!!!!
- JCJarrett CrawfordOct 6, 20265.0Lucas, the store manager and his crew are excellent. The quality of service is top notch. They didn't try to upsell me on parts and/or services that I didn't need. I came in to have my front brakes & rotors replaced. They also did a full vehicle inspection and indicated areas that I should be aware of for future service. I believe they were honest and I appreciate all they did today. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
- MZMason ZeiglerOct 5, 20261.0Made an appointment for a specific set of tires and even called ahead to confirm they were in stock. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, they told me they no longer had them, no heads up or call beforehand to save me the trip. Poor communication and a total waste of time.
- JJJulieSep 30, 20265.0HIGHLY recommend! They gave me an estimation of how long I'd have to wait until the inspector would be available to inspect my vehicle (I was a walk in) and I didn't have to wait long at all. Everything was straight forward, which I appreciate since I am a new driver. Sarah is very helpful. She was very kind, courteous, and informative when she helped me. My experience here was amazing thanks to her.
- CCChellySep 24, 20265.0I want to thank Mavis Tires & Brakes for such a great experience! I got a great deal on my tires, and the offer was too good to pass up, so I ended up getting all four tires. Sarah was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I would definitely come back again and recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes to others. I also love that they offer different hours for scheduling appointments, which makes things very convenient. Overall, I loved my experience and am very happy with my new tires. Thank you, Mavis, and especially Sarah! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
