I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! They were super fast and professional. The person at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the service, which I really appreciated.
The repair on my tire took no more than 15 minutes! I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. I definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes and will be coming back in the future. Great customer service! 👏😊

The staff (Lucas and Sarah) were wonderful. They were pleasant, respectful and personable. They both assisted me through the whole process, making me feel comfortable with my service. The mechanic (Dawson) was knowledgeable and assisted with providing sufficient information that helped me make an informed decision about my situation. Overall I would definitely recommend Mavis to anyone needing high quality service and I WILL be back again.

I have been to Mavis twice once to purchase a tire and once for flat repair, I will not return. Flat repair was not possible due to the location of the screw in my tire they decided that I needed a new tire. Mavis policy is not to repair tires that are not in the 3 center treads. The screw is 1.5" from the shoulder between the first and second set of treads. Maybe I don't know about tire repair but A.I. says it's possible to repair here. The first experience to purchase 1 tire and install it was $90 more than 3 close by competitors, I went to Sam's Club instead. Of course they need to check your fluids and brakes windshield wipers etc.. to sell you something other than tire repairs. Some may say great service my feelings are its a hustle.

100 percent do not come here. They will rip you off. If you even argue the price they will bring it down. They try to get the most out of you. Tell you family and friends to go anywhere but there. Customer service is dog s$$t. Turn around and head anywhere but here. They do not care about any of you but make their money. Just sad to see a company try to take advantage of people. They also do not help veterans out. They actually refuse to help American hero’s.

I'm giving 2 stars because at least the staff were friendly. I sent the issues below to their customer service email with no response, so now I'm leaving a review.
I initially presented on 06/21 to get a patch for a nail in my tire, which caused a slow leak.
Issue 1: The patch was completed, but I realized when I got back to driving my car after it had been sitting in the garage, there was still a slow leak.
(Side note: I brought my vehicle back to this location after driving ~25 miles, per the instructions on the receipt. However, the technician told me these instructions were old, the receipts needed to be updated, and I didn't need to return.)
Issue 2: I brought my vehicle back in on 07/19, to let them know about the slow leak and ask that the repair be checked. Once the repair was completed, I was told whoever did the initial repair had done so with a patch that was too small, causing the continuous slow leak.
Issue 3: Whoever completed the new patch refilled my tire to 45 PSI. The recommended PSI for a 2017 Nissan Altima is between 31 - 33 PSI. When I got home, I released the excessive air myself. (Side note: My valve stem cap was not replaced).
With the inappropriate patch being used when I first presented initially and the excessively high PSI after the follow-up repair, these are safety issues that should not be; not to mention the time and money I spent returning to this location for resolution and taking a Lyft to and from the location ($34 + tip) for the new repair. I'm not sure why this seemingly simple repair turned into this unfortunate series of issues, but I wanted someone to be made aware.
