  Honest Review: If you’re seeking a local shop staffed by genuinely honest and knowledgeable individuals, this is the place to be. I came in on Friday, 5/15/26, and was helped out by Robert for taking care of some maintenance and repairs I was behind on. He made it all very clear to understand, even down to why the pricing was what it was. He kept me informed all along the way while I was there and made sure I knew to follow up for any questions or concerns. All in all, auto repairs generally suck and are overpriced, but at least here things were less painful.

  I wanna take the time to thank both Rick and Josh for their professionalism and patience. I'm a service electrician that spends a lot of time outside in Texas 100+ degree heat. My A/C went out on my truck and I didnt know who or where to go to. Both of these guys at Mavis took care of me with urgency and got me back up running ice cold while also replacing my radiator. They were efficient and on point with keeping me informed with getting the problem resolved within a few hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  Had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I had a tire with a slow leak and Robert was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They were able to find and fix the leak quickly and made the experience easy and stress free. I really appreciated the fast service and great customer care. Highly recommend.

  Robert is the best! From start to finish he was prompt with confirming my appointment, called to offer an earlier date and time for my convenience and was super friendly throughout my visit! This is my second time coming back and I will definitely be back again when it’s time for new tires!

  I arrived on a Sunday with a nail in my tire, and the team handled the situation with professionalism and care. Despite a brief delay on my end due to misplacing the tire lock, the employees remained patient and understanding. The front desk staff were especially engaging and personable, which helped ease my anxiety about getting the tire repaired. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend 🥰
