  TOM, the Store Manager, cheerfully assisted me today with some unexpected tire needs. I can say in all my years have I rarely interacted with such a kind person. I can assure you, TOM will facilitate the BEST PRICE and quality of tire to meet your needs. The MAVIS locations were once NTB but are all now MAVIS. Clean, new showrooms etc.... As Jessie would say, save "fat stacks" (iykyk) when you go see TOM; The Manager. Best prices & service...... Andrew

  ### Recommended ### Just the friggn best!!!! Disaster for me- hit a rock the size of a cooler on 820, immediate flat at 114am the day before... rim destroyed too..... all put back together with superior service. Mitsubishi wanted $934 for a rim... I went to a pick n pull in Grand Prairie.. got one for $86.00..... brought it back, the tech cleaned it.... tire was very reasonable... I need an alignment (next week)... but, all good now!

  I love Mavis but I had a tire that was going bad and this location told me it would take a week to get it in. I have a big truck and I was willing to wait. A week went by and no tire. I called the 1800 number and found a location that had it in stock. We all have our snafus. It's just dangerous to drive around in a 2 ton truck when the tire could go at any time. Not sure why a location 15 min away had it and this location could bring it over or tell me the other location had it.

  This location always provides the best customer service. Hunter is friendly, honest, and up front with any costs. In the past, there have been several other service stations in Fort Worth that have tried to upsell me on unnecessary charges, assuming I wouldn’t know the difference. Mavis has never treated me this way and always been so respectful and kind while still providing great service and keeps my car in great condition.

  I really appreciate the staff for respecting my budget. Instead of pushing the most expensive tires, they gave me honest options that saved me money without sacrificing safety. its refreshing to find a shop that values integrity over a quick upsell!
