  Great experience at Mavis. Armando is very personable. They did my oil change, inspected my car's performance, and made me aware of much needed tire change and alignment which I'll be back to have done.

  You know when they say that if you know nothing about cars you need to be careful because shops will take advantage of you? Yea, this is one of those places. My younger sister went to this place yesterday to get her FRONT brakes and rotors replaced, they first quoted her almost $700 to do and when I spoke with them over the phone because my sister called me, price magically went down to $484 (which is still pretty high). Then came to know that wasn't even including taxes so total she still payed $534 which I later found out when she got home. This place got zero integrity and like to magically increase prices depending on their customers. I dont know how this place got so much good reviews, I bet they delete bad ones. Whoever is the owner of this place lets their employees do scammy things like this. Shameless. Update: called the number that the “owner” said to call to try to “resolve” this issue and basically all they did was read me the receipt and refused to provide anymore information to why the price was that high for a simple brake and rotors replacement. By the way they are charging $231.09 for both rotors, $88.84 for brake pads, $19 for misc, $165 for labor. Basically $319 for front brakes and rotors retail. Mind you, retail for not even the cheapest one at any autozone or oreily place is less than $150. Will definitely not be going back to this place and will let everyone I know to steer away from scammy places like this.

  Woke up to having my tires slashed and needed assistance with new ones asap! Called several places including Discount Tires where I previously purchased my current tires and they all were asking for a price I simply could not afford and they were not sympathetic to my situation. Then I called Mavis and spoke to a gentleman named Hunter and he listened to my situation and was very kind and understanding and was able to quickly assist me and gave me several options on new tires that fit my budget. Hunter was very helpful, mindful and most of all, caring. The young lady that replaced my tires, Liberty, was very quick and great at her job and was able to get me back on the road within a very short time. Given the unfortunate circumstances of my visit, this was a great experience from a customer stand point. Thank you, Hunter and Liberty for all your help.

  Armando was very helpful, he helped me with my reservation after the call center lost it 3 times. Positive attitude and very patient. Tom is very helpful and polite as well. Gave me information about other issues that were wrong with my vehicle. They made sure I was well taken care of and both were patient. Definitely will recommend if any issues with your tires and such.
