- KWKamesha Wilburntoday5.0It was a very great experience. Everyone was so nice. Ty was really great. She was very friendly and made sure that all my needs were met. I will be back. Thanks for the great customer service
- KKKimOct 1, 20265.0Hunter, ARMANDO and Ty were truly lifesavers when my tire was punctured and i didn’t have a spare or a jack and i had family in town for the weekend just as everything was closing. Hunter and Armando both stayed late and Ty kept the shop open to get me rolling. 10 stars wouldn’t be enough.
- BBButterglovesdyesSep 29, 20265.0From the moment I walked in from a flat tire on the highway, Armando was so kind and helpful. Literally walked in too from 30. He went over and above to assist. He was willing to go down and see if the rim was good. What tire size I needed because I wasn't thinking and didn't take a photo. Looked up what key was needed for the wheel lock, gathered available team members for information necessary to help. All the staff here from the front desk to the technicians, everyone was willing to help get me back on the road safely and support me in the steps I missed along the way. This location was so helpful and efficient. Thanks everyone.
- JPJose ParedesSep 28, 20265.0Hunter Armando and Ben, these are the names of the fine gentlemen who made my visit a breeze. Not only was it an easy visit, I was surprised by all the perks they offer. They have free air that continues to operate outside of business hours! Aside from that they have a good tire selection with an exceptional in-house brand at a great price point. I’ll definitely visit a Mavis location for any future tire needs. Thanks Mavis for setting the standard.
- CACarla AguilarSep 24, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes, especially because of Armando. He has helped me with several tire repairs, always gives me fair prices and great deals, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel taken advantage of for not knowing about cars. He doesn’t just explain the issue—he actually shows me what’s wrong and makes sure I understand what needs to be done. His honesty, patience, and respect really stand out. Thank you, Armando, for always taking great care of me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
