  I have a goodyear warranty 3 year alignment, balance and rotation but they made me pay $108. This is illegit and unacceptable. Manager Bill Baltazar. Will not be back and stay away folks

  Came in for a flat tire. I was promptly assisted and told it wouldn't be repairable. They offered a $20 discount off of my replacement and installation fee. I was in and out pretty quickly.

  It was not disclosed that a mandatory 13.99 chanrge will be applied to the work i was ordering. It was just dropped on me at the end. I did not agree to that and it made the total more together with tax than what I anticipated. The final price should be disclosed with the client prior any work. It is dishonest and I no longer trust this place. Probably will not be returning. Way too much competition to be dealing with dealership level tricks. Also sales reps didn't know anything about the services offered and couldn't properly explain what I was asking and had to go and consult with the mechanics. Who then explained. Just don't like the entire set up of things. I want to walk in and be thoroughly told what work is going to be done and what's what.
