  Terrible experience and even worse behavior from the staff. My boss, Mr. Patel, went here for his state inspection, and the way the whole situation was handled afterward was awful. Mistakes happen, but refusing to own up to them is one thing having a manager acts like a child should not be even working there. I am Sure that owners are not gonna anything about it. (If they care they should at-least apologize) My husband personally uses this location after my boss recommended them (because we are literally next door) but not anymore. We will be taking our business elsewhere and switching to Firestone. We might each be small customers, but businesses eventually realize that the way they treat people matters when customers stop coming back.

  I have been a customer at this location for nearly 6 years, and my immediate family alone has 6 vehicles that we have regularly brought here. After this incident, all 6 vehicles will now be taken somewhere else, and close family friends who use this location have also decided to switch stores. On August 15, 2026, I had my vehicle inspected here and received the paperwork and receipt. After waiting 24–48 hours, I tried three times to renew my registration online and kept receiving an error. On August 21, I went to the DMV office in Lake Worth. After reviewing my paperwork, they told me the inspection was not showing correctly in the state system and instructed me to return to the inspection location to have it corrected. I immediately came back and spoke with Chris, whose name was on my inspection paperwork. Instead of investigating the issue, I was basically told, “It shows in our system. This isn’t our problem, this is your problem. Go deal with them.” I then spoke with Roger, who was honestly the only person there who handled the situation professionally. He listened and involved the manager. Unfortunately, the manager initially blamed the state’s system without even properly reviewing the paperwork. While speaking with DMV customer service, I finally noticed the actual problem: this location had apparently entered the WRONG vehicle information a DIFFERENT LICENSE PLATE and DIFFERENT VIN. I take responsibility for not noticing those details on the paperwork sooner, but this was still information associated with an inspection performed at this location. So after being told this was “my problem” and to go deal with the state, it turned out there was an actual issue with the inspection information. I have reported the incident to the appropriate state agency, and a case/investigation has been opened. Once the mistake became clear, the store finally agreed to correct it. But the mistake itself isn’t even the biggest problem. Mistakes happen. How management handles them is what matters. Instead of simply investigating and correcting the issue, I experienced dismissive behavior, blame, mocking, and ultimately racially offensive remarks/slurs from the manager. That is completely unacceptable from anyone, especially someone in a management position. After nearly 6 years of loyalty, this store has lost all 6 vehicles from my immediate family, along with close family friends who have decided to take their business elsewhere. You didn’t lose our business because someone made a mistake. You lost it because of how management chose to handle that mistake. Sometimes the only way a business realizes the consequences of treating customers this way is when those customers stop spending their money there.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an oil change done at this Jiffy Lube location in February 2026. About five months later, while driving on the freeway in the Texas heat with my toddler in the car, my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over somewhere safe and had my car towed to a Honda dealership. Honda determined that my oil drain plug had fallen out, causing the engine to become starved of oil and resulting in engine damage. They immediately advised me to contact the facility that had performed my last oil change as this error is predominantly an installation error. I contacted Jiffy Lube, but after conducting their own investigation, the regional manager Chris Newman determined they were not responsible and instead pointed fingers at the Honda dealership for not catching the issue when I brought my car there in June for an A/C repair. That visit had absolutely nothing to do with an oil change or my oil drain plug, and I had no reason to have any concerns about my oil at that time. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I trusted Jiffy Lube to properly service my vehicle, and now it’s not longer drivable. Rather than taking accountability or seriously addressing the possibility that the plug was not properly installed or secured, the responsibility was shifted to another business for an unrelated service. I have to pay over 10k in repairs for a 2018 car that’s I’ve had for only 2 years that I drive minimally. This was not only an expensive situation, but a disheartening one. I expected better quality and accountability from Jiffy Lube, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

  Sunday august 16th....I stopped by to get air in my tires. I waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. When i told Christopher what i needed he quickly rushed and told me he have 3 cars ahead of me and wont be able to do it. I asked to do it myself because i didn't want to inconvenience him from his busy day. Even though adding air took ME literally 1 minute and 30 seconds to air all my tires. Thank you for letting me use your air, but customer service was completely absent on this visit. Not every location is like this. But this particular visit was the worse I've experienced in a while.
