- MMMeganJun 1, 20262.0I had my car towed here since they were one of the few places that answered and had excellent Google reviews. The front desk staff was kind. I had fixed the part myself but my car wouldnt start. They said there wasn't anyone ahead of me and would get to me soon. I then waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they jumped it and it was working fine - also out $200, which is what they quoted me for the hour of service. I think the 3 hours was mostly them doing the 'free' inspection, which was frustrating, since I was driving to go on vacation that day. I wouldnt have agreed to the inspection if I had realized the extra time it would have adde. I'm unsure how long it would have taken them to get back to me about the car if I hadn't asked. Every other shop I have been to and waited on my car in person has updated me about the time, what was going on, and has adjusted pricing if it didnt take as long. It isnt a place I will be taking my car back to. They also sent a follow up message about how the car was driving when they hadn't performed any services besides charging the battery.
