  Car was great. The price wasnt.The car only had one problem coming back from New Mexico. The front sensor kept going off. The car had over 50,000 miles on it. Maybe its time to get a newer fleet.

  I had a great experience with this Enterprise location. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would especially like to recognize Thomas for his exceptional customer service. Due to some challenges with the insurance process, I initially got a car that I wasn't happy with, knowing I would likely have to keep it for an extended period. Thomas went above and beyond by staying in touch with me and keeping an eye out for a vehicle that better suited my needs. As soon as one became available, he called me right away and even held it for me until the end of the day so I could come in and exchange my rental. I'd also like to recognize Ricky, who was always friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He made every interaction pleasant and was always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. Both Thomas and Ricky provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been a stressful insurance-related rental experience much easier. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Thank you both for your excellent service!

  We had a great time in our rental! It was clean, it ran perfectly! Six adults sat comfortably! We will be back next time. Great job Enterprise!

  Wife and I had a rental car due to an accident that wasn't our fault back in March. We had the car from around March 3rd to the 26th! On March 26th wife picked up her car from Crash Champions (body shop) and they reached out to Enterprise to work out during the car in. Few weeks later we get postal mail delivered to us from Enterprise for $3,100 worth of Hail Damage. At no point during March 3rd thru 26th was there any hail in our area. Car was parked in the garage and can provide proof it was with camera's. This location has not once contacted us directly about the $3,100 worth of damage. When we originally picked up the Mitsubishi rental it was raining and the employee didn't walk around the rental or inspect it with us due to the rain. This is absolute fraud and Enterprise has been doing this a whole for awhile now. The body shop hired by this Enterprise location didn't write their estimate until March 30th. My theory is an employee either at this Enterprise location or Crash Champions took the vehicle for the weekend and damage occurred following us dropping it off. These people are crooks and fraudsters! No giblets at all when you consider this location has NOT once reached out to us and the Enterprise contact person sending us the "claim" has yet to either. Grow a pair and do the right thing, or better yet call me please!!
