Customer service, or whoever (not at the Alta Mere location) set up my reservation without confirming whether my rental was even available, lied to me over the phone when I requested information, and ruined 5 hours of my first day of vacation. Despite the incompetence of everyone I talked to over the phone, Andrew Herman, manager of the Alta Mere location, busted his ass to clean up Enterprise's mess and get me into a car within a decent timeframe. He took my terrible situation, on top of an already massive rental shortage in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and still was able to get us into a comparable rental within a reasonable timeframe. I heavily recommend working with Andrew and his guys at the Alta Mere location directly and avoid talking to Enterprise's phone agents. They wasted a day of my vacation, and upon hearing my complaint, offered no recompense or even a discount on the 5 hours I wasn't able to use the car that wasn't available.

The team hooked us up with a great, clean car with no issue. Picking up and returning the car was also a breeze and required no hassle. Definitely recommend this location.
