She mentioned she was still new, but she was so courteous, conversational and positive, adored my dog, and was such a great person to have pick us up. I really appreciated her kindness after a long and difficult afternoon. Prayers and well wishes for her and the Enterprise team members who helped out.

- JMJay McCainApr 19, 20265.0I had to bring my car to Caliber for repairs on 2 March 2026 and Enterprise is the rental company USAA uses. I checked my car in at Caliber at 9am and within 15 minutes, Nate was there to pick me and my niece up. He greeted both of us and talked to us during the drive to Enterprise. He told us that all the electricity in the area was out and they (Enterprise employees) were doing the best they could to get the cars checked out to customers. He mentioned one guy had already come in that morning and was really upset about the electricity issue. But Nate didn't let it reflect on how he treated us. He was friendly, polite and courteous. When we got to Enterprise, he was scrambling to find a clean car for me and he did. We only waited a few minutes and it only took another few minutes for him to do a walk around the car and we were on our way. Nate, and the other guys working, were all very professional and doing their best with what they had to work with.
