  I had an incredible experience at the Enterprise location on Bryant Irvin Road, all thanks to the branch manager, Jordan Lane! He went completely out of his way to assist me and truly made my day. Jordan is exceptionally good at his job, professional, and provides top-tier customer service. I couldn't be more grateful for his help. In my opinion he is deserving of a bonus and recognition! Highly recommend this location!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service I can’t say enough great things about Joe at Enterprise! He was incredibly professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation so much easier. I walked in, and within minutes, Joe had a car ready for me! Before arriving at the Bryant Irving location, I had already dealt with frustrating experiences at the Cedar Hill, DeSoto, and Red Oak Enterprise locations. I literally had to travel all the way to Bryant Irving just to receive the kind of customer service I expected—and Joe absolutely delivered! He was courteous, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. In the middle of a stressful situation, having someone like Joe who knows how to provide excellent customer service made all the difference. Thank you, Joe, for turning a frustrating experience into a much better one! Enterprise is lucky to have you! 🙌🏽🚗

  Our rental pickup experience at the Fort Worth Bryant Irvin location featured excellent front-counter customer service but fell short on physical vehicle preparation.We arrived right at opening time, and the check-in process was fast. The associate was incredibly helpful and patiently walked me through the electronic operations and Bluetooth setup of the 2025 Nissan, which was entirely new to me compared to my personal vehicle. However, the vehicle itself was clearly not prepared for a long road trip.The gas tank was completely empty and sitting in the red zone at pickup. Although the associate appropriately noted that I could return it empty, driving off the lot immediately triggered a Low Tire Pressure warning light. I had to return to the branch, and the associate sent me to the Discount Tire next door to get the air levels corrected. Additionally, the exterior windows and side mirrors were filthy, and the windshield wiper fluid was empty, forcing me to manually scrub the glass myself at home before loading our luggage.While the car performed excellently, remained cold under intense summer heat, and the counter staff did a great job, the branch must improve its pre-rental inspection process to ensure tires, fluids, cleanliness, and fuel levels are fully verified before a customer arrives.

  Took over an hour and a half to pickup a rental car despite having an appointment scheduled via insurance. There were three employees who clearly work hourly because they were in no rush to do anything. At one point, two of them were sitting around joking with each other despite having a full lobby of customers waiting. Additionally, they let the phone ring only to answer it and immediately put it on hold and never answer. Worst experience ever, if I had an option to use another rental company through my insurance I would in a heartbeat.
