  I rented from this location and it was a nightmare! I reserved a vehicle for 8:00 AM, planning to hit the road by 9:00 AM, but did not leave until noon due to multiple safety concerns and improper handling by your staff. Upon receiving the initial vehicle, I immediately noticed the brakes were grinding. I expressed my concerns directly to the manager, explicitly stating that I was traveling with my child. He drove the car around the building, dismissed my concerns, and insisted the vehicle was fine. Immediately after leaving, the "Change Oil" light came on. I returned to the branch, where another employee checked the system and claimed the car was fine for another 400+ miles. However, once on the highway, the vehicle ran poorly, forcing me to redirect to your Burleson location for assistance. The staff at the Burleson location were professional and helpful. They immediately checked the system, confirmed the vehicle was overdue for an oil change, and swapped me into a safe car right away. The employees at the Bryant Irvin branch misled me, put my child and me in an unsafe vehicle, and demonstrated zero regard for customer safety or service quality. As a frequent Enterprise customer, I have never experienced this level of poor treatment, and I felt I was treated unfairly compared to other customers. I urge you to retrain the management and staff at the Bryant Irvin location on proper vehicle safety protocols, honest communication, and equal customer service standards.

  Update: I called customer service but not to my surprise nobody ever contacted me back even though I left all of my contact information. I finally got a hold of somebody who claims they have no record of me calling originally even though my phone shows that I had a one hour call with enterprise. They finally got me rebooked with a different location who actually called me to verify everything and scheduled to pick me up at 2 PM. They called me back at 2 PM and said they could not pick me up until the next day at 2 PM. It is almost 4 PM and I am sitting here waiting for them to pick me up. So despite explaining the situation and giving them multiple chances to fix this, I am still being jerked around by this company. This is the worst customer service I've ever received! Original review: My insurance made a reservation for me. I actually called this location and after being on hold for 30 minutes I got transferred to someone not at that location. They confirmed my reservation, confirmed the vehicle and price them set my appointment up for 5:30 pm to pick the car up. I showed up at 5:30 pm to the location verified on the phone by Enterprise and the person there acted like my reservation was not for today. They then looked up my reservation number and said they don't have a car for me even though 6 hours prior I was told they would have one. I waster an hour being driven up there, waiting for service and then driven back home because they did not bother to even call or text me to tell me they did not have a car. Thanks for wasting my time and not honoring the contract and appointment we made on the phone 6 hours prior.
